business was closed as he was on an errand and had to figure out how to get the truck. Order moving pads and they were not included

I rented a car dolly just to tow a car to the shop located in town. i returned the dolly the same day around two hours later and I was told that everything was good. I get a voicemail yesterday asking me when do I plan on returning the equipment, so I called and told the rep who answered that I returned it the same day and I was told they would look into it, so I'm looking at my bank account today and see a charge for $347 today when I called to see what it was about I was told that the equipment was not returned, I explained (again) that I did return it the same day, then I was told that someone had to look into it and contact the place where I got the dolly from. To me this is ridiculous and it speaks to incompetence especially when I did everything I was supposed to do, I brought the item back without any damage to it and in less time than stated on the reservation. At this point it does not matter that the charge was reversed because I should not have not have been any thing other than the rental fee, now I have to wait for my bank to put the money I should not have been charged in the first place back into my account. Thanks U-haul, I highly doubt you will be getting any more money from me.

Facility closed and noone to talk to when we found that the utility dolly and pads were not included in truck

Truck was fine but lock to get key was hard to set and up way too high for anyone under 6ft tall. Also location is not safe for after hours.

Awesome experience. Uhaul 20' truck was practically brand new with less than 7k miles on it. Well taken care of. The gentleman was very professional, curtious and accommodating. Will use this location again.

Absolutely a great manager. The owner actually called me to make sure I was safe and if I need any assistance. The site was old but it didn't matter due to how awesome the manager was and his flexibility to help.

I did paperwork and payment online and it still took 30 min. to get a car hauler after I arrived. The process is ridiculously long and outdated.

Besides the cosmetic look of the place the help was very kind and most definitely someone I would deal with again. The location was a little hard to get into, but again the u-haul attendent made up for that.

odometer needs checking in truck. i live less than 2 miles from location and storage room is 2 miles from there. we only made 3 trips to storage room and gas station is on the way back to uhaul dealer

The trucks gas tank was shifted to the back and made it nearly impossible to refuel. Also this was the 2nd location I had to go to rent a truck because the store I originally made the reservation never opened. I sat there for 30 minutes outside the store and had to make another reservation.

The drop off service was very convenient. Facility was clean and felt safe to leave vehicle and keys in drop box. Also, we appreciated the call from the drop off location asking if everything went well with our trip. Very professional. Thank you very much!
