Don't use tge kennels as a drop off. I stood around waiting fir 20 min for someone to show up. No one in tge office. The place is filthy. It has beware of dog signs so I did not want to get out of my truck. No other u-hauls so wasn't even sure I was in right place.
shelly dNever told that The location is in a very remote rural area and that so far away when they did last min switch of location . The building looks like it has not been occupied in last 30 years. There is no lighting to see and no street lights . Missing items ordered. Lady was friendly that came to help us after we called a few numbers as could not get code to get key.
nicholas HThis place should not be a uhaul drop off place. It's a house ,not a business. And the guy charged me another 25$ after I left. It's a scam.
Gavin BI had booked a dolly, but when I arrived, there was no dolly, - and no indication that I had booked a dolly. My pick up location was manually changed in order to allow me to pick the trailer up on Sunday, not Saturday. Perhaps the person doing the switch forgot to include the dolly on the pickup order? Fortunately, I was able to arrange for help on the pick up end, otherwise this would have made my task impossible, had I not had someone willing to help. These details are important. In future, I would need to be assured that better attention would be paid to these details. If I hadn't had help, The rental of the trailer may have been useless, because I would not have been able to load it.

John P1) I requested pick up in south surrey. I was told there would be an additional 50km included to compensate for this. I was not credited the extra kilometers. 2) I requested a 10' cube and was supplied a 15' cube. BC ferries changed me an extra $75 commercial fee because the GVW was over 5500 kg. 3) when booking by phone I should have been told to complete an online booking so that my information would not have to be taken when I picked up the truck. This added at least an extra half hour to the pick up. 4) the truck box leaked water. It is not even water resistant. The boxes on 'Mom's Attic' were wet

brent cThe gentleman running the location was rude at first about where the truck was parked. There is no signage indicating where the truck needs to go. I waited for 10 minutes at the office after I called the number on the poster before anyone showed up.

Joseph MThis was not the location I was supposed to pick up from. I was supposed to pick up in Surrey but received a call the night before saying my rental was delayed 2.5 hours because someone else was using it (double booking). I could not be delayed 2.5 hours because I had already booked ferries and planned moving help. I was redirected to this location. When I arrived at this location they were great except they did not have the extra equipment that I reserved (furniture dollies and only one utility dolly). I had to make different arrangements last minute. Very inconveinient and disappointing service by UHAUL management. Pitt Meadows location probably deals with this kind of thing a lot. They handled it as well as they could have under the circumstances.
Richard FTruck with malfunction, low on gas, and wet inside. The pick up location was changed by U-Haul a couple days before my move to a much farther location and U-Haul charged me for extra miles. That's a scam!

Al GPlease read my notes of inconvenience and experience on this booking. After August 18th everything went in many directions and caused great frustration. Also, stop sending people to 22358 Lougheed Hwy. It is a Pizza place. My discrepancies were finally resolved, by Alton/Field Manager after having to involve him.
VIRGINIA MThe lady was running a kitten mill out of the office for the uhall! She had about 10 cats in very small cages wining constantly…I felt terrible for them all! The office was extremely dirty and the smell was awful! The truck had a similar smell and was grimy! Very uncomfortable and unimpressed! As a business owner myself, I can say if she was representing my brand, I would fire her after seeing that!
David MClose this site. The truck was parked on a farm in an overgrown area. The person I spoke to on the phone could barely communicate in English.
Jonathan KI booked a U-Haul within 4 km of my home and your robot redirected me well over 20km away to another location and charged me $55 for mileage!! DISGUSTING... The truck had spilt coffee everywhere and I was told I had to do a round trip or I would be charged another $120?! I expect a refund for all the mileage , If not this is my last uhaul rental!!!

Matthew KThis was very far away from the requested drop off point. I wasn't asked if it could be changed, but basically received a text saying I needed to take it to the new place. It was in the middle of nowhere which would have presented a problem if my spouse hadn't been following in our car. (This isn't the fault of this location's owner, but rather uHaul). There was an after hours key drop, but no clear place to park the truck. Eventually someone came out and helped, but he left me feeling uneasy. We basically we had to drive away from the road back into what resembled a farm to park the truck.

Dylan SMake sure the person is present for pick up and not doing other things and not in the office, had to wait for a 1/2hr calling and leaving voice message just to get the truck. Very disappointed In the whole experience, also having to input my own info into the computer and doing her job
Lucky DI asked to pick-up in Coquitlam. I lost money and time to get there. I asked for 24 blankets, only got 12. The truck was in awful condition.
dominic gInternet at this location did not work, and when it occasionally did, was slow. Owners were not prepared. Took over an hour to get the rental completed. Also, the rental location was changed on me within 30 minutes of pickup and became an hour away from my location... less than ideal when my schedule had to be re-worked the entire day because of this last minute change and lengthy process.

Clayton EMy rental was supposed to be at wren street in mission. Come pick up day my rental was in Pitt meadows, 45 minutes away from where it was originally stated to be. The majority of my rental cost came from driving this extra mileage and it wastes two hours of an already stressful moving day. I would demand a refund but it's nothing but faceless entities who don't care. Horrible experience for me and my family.

Kathleen WVery off putting experience. As I was doing my mobile check out the man and woman there who spoke broken English were not letting me take pictures. When I told her I was doing the check out myself she just kept saying not enough gas but when I took a picture it showed it was the right amount. I again told her to stop I was responsible for checking out as it was my card that was attached to the account. When I finally finished it said mobile checkout has already been completed. They were trying to rip me off for more money. It makes me very uncomfortable to rent a truck again from you as I don't feel they are honest.
