Valente HFrench driver's license not recognised by your services... I had to come back another day with someone else to rent the U-haul... Outrageous and annoying.

Darrell MIt’s was my first time renting a Uhaul. The staff was nice, friendly and courtesy in letting me know what to do and how was the process. Definitely renting a Uhaul at this place again.

gerardo rI will never rent from this location or recommend this location. Worst customer service and it claims to be a 24 hour drop location and it is not indeed. They hit you with extra charges due to their inconvenience of locking gate up at 6pm and don't tell you. And when u go drop off you can't so now your stuck addition day with rental. That's there way of scamming ppl to have to pay extra rental days.

shawn hWe rented a 20” truck to move our mattresses for our small business, on a rainy day thinking they were going to be fine but they weren’t. We had about 15 mattresses and some of them were wet. The truck had a puddle of water by the time we took them out.
Joanna CI came here with my dad and was unable to be present when he turned in the truck. I was scared that he would be overcharged because of what I have experienced. To my surprise and satisfaction, this location has proven to have ethical practices and I would highly recommend it to everyone. They didn't do anything that made us question their calculations and everything was 100% accurate. This made my father and I both say that we trust this location.
