Stanley PThe lady was pleasant, and all went smoothly. The only problem was the lights not working left signal and 4 clearance lights on the rear. The door was jamed in the down position needed extra help to open. Ran the trailer anyway, all should be working uhaul needs a maintenance plane.

Maritza KI filled the tank to full. No one came out to verify. They charged me $53 because they said the tank was only 5/8 full, which is bullshit. They ripped me off.
William PNot specific to the location , but the rental experience was not a good one. My reservation got swapped to a different location than I’d chosen because they didn’t have the van, and I was notified by text and voicemail. I get to the new location (inconvenient to my travel) and they don’t have the equipment either. There they called another location and sent me there. Already frustrated, it didn’t help that my online check in was null now that I was at a different location. So I had to do ID and everything again. At this point the mediocre customer service at both locations was not the worst part, I was irritated by the experience overall but I still needed the equipment so I proceeded and returned earlier than expected. Next time I’d rather change my equipment size and stay at the location chosen.

Wesley WWe arrived to drop of the trailer. I was told that I had to have someone with me physically lift the trailer with their hands to disconnect it from my truck because Uhaul did not have the machine to do so. Or drive all the way to another location. Pam was not helpful at all. She was only one there. So there wasn't really anything she could do I guess. It was up to me and my party to get the trailer detached. I also had to call back over 4 hours later to make sure they logged my drop off because I was not able to recieve conformation at the time of my drop off. When I called back my trailer had not been checked in and I was told that it was forgotten about and to call back in about an hour to check. Terrible experience after driving 16 hours on the road with a Uhaul trailer. All I wanted to do was drop my trailer off. But I had to do manual labor and sweat in my cute clothes. It's too hot outside for me and my party to be doing a job that I paid almost $1000 for someone else to do.
DELILIATTMAE DThe pick-up, (equipment condition), in PA cause me to leave negative comments concerning this rental. I am currently awaiting feedback from the company that address my concerns. Thank you.

Glenn SNever go back to this uhaul on skibo. You will be charged for things you wad not charged for in the beginning. They will not take responsibility for them being wrong. Don't deal with crooks. Took my money out of my bank account without talking to me. Will tell everyone I know not to use this company on skibo. Never had a problem with U haul until I came to tj8s location

Stanley HWhen picking up the uhaul, I accidentally clicked back before I found the truck and the key and there was no way to go back to find the information. I had to call uhaul to ask for help since there was no way to look at the information and the app assumed I had successfully picked up my truck. I would suggest adding a button that says I have picked up my truck successfully or something like that so the information doesn’t disappear if you accidentally click something else. Other than that it went very smoothly.

Terrance OWhen I walked in, the ladies did not greet me. I had done everything online to avoid having to waste time when I got there. However once I arrived and tried to check out I had to still go inside and do everything all over. Also she wrote out more gas was in the vehicle I took pics before leaving and upon returning. I was also wrote that I left out at 10am I didn't get my truck until around 1030. Now I was overcharged another 15.00 for refuel charge for 3 gallons which is incorrect. Also saw online where uhaul offers a military discount of up to 15% she kept telling me no they dont offer anything like that.

terry cEasy access, pick-up and drop-off. Unfortunately there were bugs (roaches?) inside the truck. Probably an isolated occurrence but concerning as I was transporting furniture.
Yvonne MOrdered moving pads/blankets and non were available at pick up location.
David FTook a long time to get started because they were on the phone, then we had lighting issues (turned out to be our car's issue that we got fixed that day) and it took an hour in 100° weather of them checking fuses and assuming it was our car but they never checked the ground, which use what it was and what I suggested. They also didn't have the furniture pads or dolly I reserved. We were on a tight deadline with needing the trailer and had to get it that day or I would have called around to see about getting the things we needed elsewhere, I don't know why they couldn't check with other U-Haul locations in the area, since there are dozens, about these items and about trailer issues. We got the ground fixed that day and got the trailer we needed, but were offered larger ones and it was suggested that we could take it without working lights bc the laws in our state apparently don't require it. They were very nice people. The U-Haul experience itself was just lacking and I think we will opt for the less nice people at the location that only does U-Haul next time. At least that only took a couple minutes and they put the trailer on for us and we didn't have to go hunt for it in a lot of other stuff.

Dearen TThe staff member was very friendly and quickly helped me pickup a van. She also worked hard to help me locate a personal key dropped into the locked box from a previous vehicle rental. Great customer service. I attempted to leave a msg about the key. Uhaul site makes you select a "complaint type" just to report the lost key. I don't have any complaint with that location.
Sharon CReserved 20ft truck. Not available when arrived. Had to settle for smaller truck. Rented for 24 hrs. Received text 30 min later telling me I had 6 hrs to return truck. Not the best experience.
Mike FThe u-haul I had should not be on the road in that condition. First it’s so loud you can barely think. It is sputtering really bad. It cut off on me twice but it was after hours so I couldn’t call or take it back. The inside of the u-haul was very clean and maintained. But it needs to be pulled off the road for maintenance ASAP. COLIN POverall the location was perfect not to far from my home. My check in process was super easy. I didn’t have the truck long but during that time frame the air went out and it was super hot ! Also the uhaul kept stalling and the check engine light came on.I did receive a phone call from the location after letting them know what was going on with the truck and they stated they would refund me something back . But overall I would surely recommend this location .
