I think it's pretty messed up, I returned the equipment 4 hours after using it (the same day) and it's now a week later and I am still waiting on my deposit, because the location never checked my rental back in, so I could get my deposit back. I will never rent from this location again, and would not recommend this location to my enemy. Two thumbs down...Corey W.

Returned the truck same day and received a call and email 6 days later stating that I never returned the truck. We had to call the location to ask them to check in the truck and then I was charged for 181 miles when I only drove 80. If we did not have pictures of before and after we would have been out of $125. The associate documented the incorrect mileage for when we left with the truck. I received an email hours later for my refund and I have to be inconvenienced with a wait to receive my money back even though it took seconds to take it. The cup holders were disgusting and there was dripping marks everywhere. Sticky seats and staring wheel. Not sanitary at all. Even the checkout process was easy (no walk through or instructions besides gas), I would not recommend this location.Dishana C.

The location was behind another business and on the tight area for someone with a trailer and no experience pulling. I was terrified I was going to get stuck or damage another vehicle. I ended up just leaving it in front of there office doors because I was there before office ours and there was no actual area the looked disignated for the early drop off. Well, with the exception of a very tight area we're there were 2 or more pull behind trailors. Just as I got the trailer disconnected from my vehicle, an employee did show up and said it was fine and that they will move it later. He was very nice.Efrain R.

The trailer was turned in on a Sunday. They were called on a Monday to make sure everything was ok. Two different people said yes. By Wednesday, I received a phone call and email that my trailer was not returned. I had to call back to Uhaul 2x to make sure that everyone was ok. No one has responded to my email from Wednesday either.Melanie M.

Apparently, this location never reported that we had returned the equipment. I received an email some two weeks later stating that I had not returned the equipment even though it was actually returned on the same day (that night). I was not happy to have an email and apparently numerous phone calls stating that I was being referred to the equipment recovery department. Not good. Not good at all.G SCOTT S.

I had ordered online and had ordered the furniture pads. U-haul changed my location to this site, and he did the paperwork once I arrived... I took the U-Haul, assuming all was well, as I KNEW I HAD THE PADS ON MY ORGINAL ORDER... HE DID NOT INCLUDE THEM, SO THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I WENT TO OPEN THE U-HAUL, AND ASSUMED THE PADS WERE INSIDE, THEY WERE NOT, SO I CALLED HIM BACK, AND HE JUST TOLD ME HE DOESN'T DO THE PADS! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? I WAS BASICALLY SCREWED! HE REALLY DIDN'T CARE, I WAS ALREADY A HALF HOUR AWAY, AND HAD THE TRAILER BACKED UP AND READY TO LOAD! NO PADS ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!Karen M.
