they were not there to rent the trailer when i got there and I had an appointment and was 15 minutes later than I planned. When I got the trailer to the house I notice a huge chunk of tire missing and the belt was showing. When I returned the trailer they had no room for it and wanted me to back it into a really tight space. I told them no and they let me park it elsewhere complaining they would have to move it later.Douglas L.

The single employee at this location was clearly overworked and the place was under staffed. As a result, I was made to wait 35 minutes before I could get my trailer. This is unacceptable. I had other appointments after this one and it created a cascade of issues for my other engagements. Not the employees fault, but certainly management. The employee tried to offer me his personal cell phone to speak with a representative on the phone. This cannot be protocol during a pandemic to share personal cell phones between staff and customers, can it? I completed the expedited checkout, which didn't expedite a thing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.RYAN B.
In 2010 we rented a truck to move from one state to another. The truck was returned without damage and clean. We paid the amount owed and went on with our life. When I rented a trailer recently I was told there was a collection of over $100. I was not called, written to, or notified of this fee. In renting a truck your org was given all of our contact info. 10 years later you demand payment so that I can rent a small trailer. Who is to sat that won't happen again. I will never use your service again so that you can conviently come up with some old charge knowing that I'm needing your equipment and it's too late to go elsewhere.
