Even though I was at location on time for pick up, truck wasn’t available about half an hour. I missed 30 mins from my movers time. Also 10$ gas charged extra Even though I left exactly same amount when I picked up. I have a receipt of gas purchase, picture of prior pick up gas level, and picture of before drop off gas level. Very disappointed.

Send instructions to retrieve the contract and find the truck keys before going to the pick-up location. Also fees seemed a bit too high for some reason.

Location was very sketchy. Said it was a grocery store location but was in fact someone's alartme to building with no storefront. Person who provided the keys was very difficult to communicate with. Made us wait 30 minutes until the keys were provided. Vehicle was dirty. Will not use this UHaul again.

I was a bit sceptical when I arrived at the location to find a locked door and a handwritten phone number on the door to call for service. However, the result was completely different. The owners of this site were complete professionals! Everything was organized in advance, the staff member was prepared for our visit, helpful and attentive over the phone and stayed on the line until we were at our rental unit and satisfied. Instructions were clear on what to do after the trip. Top marks from me for the 5-star service at this location. Highly recommend. Thanks

Location was fine but I was charged for gas when I filled the gas to correct level. Agent on the phone was extremely rude. Last time I got a truck with mirror that was all banged up from this location and foood everywhere. 2 bad experiences means I probably won't be using uhaul again.

Had to wait 2 hours after pick up time to get the truck. The first truck had a broken passenger side mirror and was unsafe to drive. The second truck smelled of marijuana, was below 1/4 tank of gas and the reverse lights didn’t work. Then I was charged for gas when I returned it with slightly more gas than I picked it up with. I have shared my terrible experience with numerous people and will continue to do so.

The truck had food on the seats when I got it but the most dangerous part was the passenger mirror was broken and swiveled as you drove. It was impossible to see behind. Other than that everything else was fine.

This location is not equipped with the equipment that I have booked to use such as the blankets and the Dooley to carry my loads. I was left with the truck and no equipment was available there . So I have suffered because of this. Place have nothing available at the time of picking up the truck. They need to be orgy and equipped with what the customer booked. To do his duty.

Due to unforseen circumstances we have to extend the hours using the truck. The manager is really nice and understanding. He helped us and given clear instructions. He was also available whenever I call. His son Harsh is also very nice to us. I highly recommend this location.

I was sooooo happy with this neighbour dealer but I spoke to the husband first he was so calm and kind, then the wife who was so good at organizing the vehicle, and the daughter. Overall was such a great experience. I would definitely go to them again. Honestly so grateful.

I was charged extra 40$ as well as I did gas up to the level which was required and they still charged me additional 33$ ! The location customer service agent was extremely rude and did not even listen to my point of view, due to long weekend and month end, I was indeed stuck in long traffic of GTA and hence reached 1 hour late, because they had my card details, they charged on my card , not sure how will I get refund for the overcharges

I left a pair of very expensive sun glasses in the truck today! I realized I didn’t take them from the front and had already put the key in the black box! The customer coming to get the truck didn’t speak English n didn’t know how to get the key. I need those glasses returned immediately. Black n gold Versace. The location is extremely hard to find , vehicles are in poor condition and it appears dangerous people hang arround in the parking lot , reception for taking the vehicle was bad , no indication or number to call , once I manage to pull the number out of google , some one made it very hard for my pick up , I stated I did not want the insurance since I have insurance and he still charge me for it , the vehicle gas level did not match what stated in the contract ( no one gave me the vehicle it was all remote ) so I let the guy know and he dias he knew nothing about and I should check with uhaul , but he should have fix it rather than giving me a problem even before rental started , so after 49 minutes delayed from his kart I finally manage to get the truck only to find out he did counted that 30 minutes , after return they refuse to insiect the vehicle , on his behalf a judge no more than 15 years old was demanding I hand him the keys which I refuse and procede to leave at black box like they mention , after that same kid open the mail box and drove away , so he used my gas and then they try to charge me for it but I gad pictures to prove what happend , but I do not recomend this location what so ever

The location was not very clean and the signage was confusing to follow - the key drop was not labelled or easy to see so I hope I did everything correctly but I was not sure and there wasn’t anyone in person to help me

Furniture dollies not available. Extremely difficult location to get vehicle from. Truck was not cleaned out. Drop off location has a rat problem so they are closed and it smells like something died. Very bad experience overall

It was very hectic to deal with them the way they had their system set up. They also charged me $15 for insurance which I never agreed to. I'll have to call the head office to clean up the mess now and waste unnecessary time and energy.

I went to pick up the vehicle and it took me 25mins before i got the vehicle considering that i did online checked in. The store is closed and you need to call someone to get your vehicle. Someone is talking with me on the phone and getting all my personal details including credit card information which is very suspicious. It’s weird that you are talking to someone and you don’t see them at all. Why do they even have a store then? The truck so dirty and smells shit that i need to spray disinfectant multiple times so i can use it. I don’t have choice as i booked this long time and i need the vehicle. Disgusting vehicle and customer service.

I found that there was no one in the office, but a phone number was provided on the door. Once I called, the agent was very polite and cooperative in assisting me. I got the final invoice, but the invoice is confusing. I don’t believe the invoice is correct as I travelled 100 kms but invoice says 150 Kms. It has to be more clear.

Was given vehicle with less fuel than noted. Returned vehicle with same fuel as when I took it, but the surcharged for fuel. Not a fair practice when you are asked to return with same fuel and then charged extra when you actually comply.

I had the worst experience with uhaul to date - it was unprofessional, poorly managed/organized, and utterly rude. First, uhaul switched my pick up/drop off from queen st location that I booked to this location which was ~45 minutes from my apartment. I intentionally picked the Queen st location given it was only a 10 min drive. At that time, I spoke with management who said I would get a special rate on mileage ($0.50 per km) vs the standard $0.80 due to this inconvenience (I have a screen shot of this confirmation). When my parents went to pick up the uhaul, it was a disaster. The woman working was not helpful whatsoever and also didn’t uphold the new mileage rate - instead I was charged the $0.80. It took my parents an hour to do the proper check in and actually get the uhaul. None of the equipment I reserved came with the uhaul except 1 utility dolly. I had reserved 2 utility dollys, 2 furniture dollys, and furniture pads. I had made my uhaul reservation almost 1.5 months ahead of my desired rental date and to have this type of experience is completely unacceptable and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Asked for blankets and dolly. Location didn't have any but wasn't advised until I went to rent the vehicle. This make it difficult to get these items the day of the move. U-haul should advise the customer in advance.

The retailer screamed at me and my wife. Would not let us ask questions and blamed us for the ap not working. Swore at me and tried to cancel my res. Hung up on me and tried charging me extra. Did not include dolly I paid for. Horrible people who do not care. Actually told me he doesn't care and can do what he wants. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION

I was charged for furniture blankets that I ordered, but were not in the truck. The people working said they were in the truck. When I picked up the truck it was backed up into bushes so I couldn’t open the door to check. Drove off in the truck and realized there were no blankets once I was about to start loading the truck. The app allowed me to dispute this, and I included a photo. Yet I was still charged. And of course I ordered them because I needed them. Didn’t have them and charged. Double error.

Its not that close to my house ..there was a closer one but the rep was really rude so Uhaul customer service transfered me to this location. The reps at this location picked up quickly, and helped me from beginning to end of the rental . They where very professional.

I sent an email regarding billing discrepancies. No one has replied. They changed my location for pick up the morning of. They didn’t have clean furniture pads. The overall truck was super dirty and in poor condition. The pickup location was quite confusing and definitely not as easy as other U-Haul locations I’ve rented from. This was the worst. Never using U-Haul again.
