The 24/7 pickup process was ridiculously clunky and time consuming. After downloading pictures of myself and my drivers license, which took several attempts, why do I need live verification of my passport or a call to my employer? To top it off, after I finally got the key to the truck, it only had a 1/4 tank of fuel and it had a service notification on. This was one the worst customer service experiences I've had and I will think twice about using Uhaul again because of it.
David YEasy and smooth transaction. Recommend to write down lock box code for return as it is not provided upon the check out process. I was fortunate that I left the lock with partial code and could figure it out. Other than that all was good.

Terence BKey box is kinda weirdly placed. Damp slipped mud and a far reach for my 5’4” self. Maybe a slab or stepping stones during winter would be helpful.

Yuriy UThe truck was not clean inside or out. There was uhaul signs and other things left on n the cargo box. The attic portion was completely full of stuff. In the time it f COVID you would think it would at least be clean and disinfected.

IS GThere was no one there when I dropped the trailer off on Saturday afternoon at 3pm, no instructions so I left the trailer in front of the roll-up door. There was no security / fencing.
