DANIEL MI prefer the face to face transaction (that’s why I go to H&A) but, the over all experience was fine. The location was perfect. The app may be convenient, I don’t care much for it.

ADAM MTruck was dirty on the inside. Passenger side mirror was damaged prior of rental. Passenger side mirror was taped on. Not able to use or see while driving. Dirt and garbage inside rental when received.

TIFFANI PI needed a dolly. One wasent provided. Also, guy looked confused when i showed him my reservation on my phone. Truck had service engine light on, and radio only on am station.
Joseph OI was charged $15 for the safe rental fee even after I specifically said I didn't want it. I made my reservation online and was told one price and then was charged something completely different in store.

KELLY LThe trucks performence was questionable. At the stoplight, I wasn't sure if the truck was going to keep running or stall out. The truck was out of windsheild wiper fuild, had to stop and clean the windsheild a few times if not the windsheild was hard to see out of.

Richard RWhy do you book online with all your payment information only to be asked again @ the counter. Is the online booking for reservations only? It was confusing ,as if I was being charged twice for the one transaction. A customer next to me felt the same way.

mark lDirty truck, had to call and fight for Uhaul to charge me for the agreed price. Not good customer service.
Mark HI rented 6 moving blankets and they were not in the truck. The inside of the cargo area was dirty. I rented for 24h but was told if I brought it back early I would get a credit for the amount of time I didn't use. When I returned it after just 6 or7 hours I was told that was not accurate and did not receive a credit. Communication by the staff was poor as well. I stood there in back of the line to discuss the credit I was told I would get and after nearly 10 minutes was told I was all set and didn't need to do anything further. They could've told me that during any of the time I stood there waiting.
Jessica RWalk out with the female customers, make sure they know how to operate the latches & ramps etc. My latch got stuck @ the top of the door disengaging the door to be pulled down,. A tech came out after 90 minutes & used a pry bar in 2 minutes. Lost time for me & my daughter 😔

SLAWOMIR SI'm a cdl license holder so it's a Habit to do pre-trip and post trip on all vehicles. After I did my post trip inspection I told them what was wrong with the vehicle and they didn't even care.
mathew jThe customer service was ok but I did NOT like the drug paraphinelia in the store. Plus, I have no idea why my $35 went up to $55 to rent the van. You advertise $19.99 but then add charges that more than doubles it.

Martin Dwe could barely hear what the attendant was saying to us. There instructions were not clear and they charged almost $6 a gallon for the 3 gallons they said we used. When they are at a gas station and the gas was less than $4 a gallon.
David BIf you need a quick move or short rental, this is a very good location to rent from. Although they are in a gas station, the clerks were friendly and helpful. Needing a credit card on file was odd to me but the experience was pleasant.

Robert BStore clerk clearly does not cross check ID's and account information. A random person rented out a truck in my name, claiming to be one of my parents, was very clearly not (different ethnicity which is obvious from our names, completely different city), and the transaction was allowed to proceed. I did not find out about this until after the rental was completed, thus sending me a receipt to my email. Total negligence on account of the staff.
