Raymond NI had a truck ordered at one location. I was informed I couldn't pick up there so I accepted pickup at another location further away. I was called and asked if I still planned to get the truck. I was surprised as I didn't change the time but time changed from 1pm to 9am. The location I used rented my truck out but luckily had another.
Mark WJerry at the location was stellar. The app and website pickup however, was such an inconvenience and it took 1.5 hours of repeated attempts, malfunctions etc to simply gain access to the truck. And we only did so by speaking to someone on the phone after many calls. We need more people working and less technology. In all facets of life. Spread the light

Nolan WIt’s mostly dirt - and my rental occurred during rain - so the parking lot was a muddy mess as I tried to find my rental. Very little light to see the serial numbers on the trucks. No clearly defined parking area to leave a vehicle.

Nicole LThis was my first time renting a u-haul, and I was so pleased with how easy the process was from start to finish. The online reservations were quick and explained each option clearly. I was most impressed with the service at the pickup location. The gentleman was very helpful and even helped extend our reservation to make sure that we were able to complete all of our trips. We did an after hours drop-off, and the lot was well lit. I would recommend using this location specifically to any of my friends or family looking for a rental.
