Every thing was great except the wiper blades on this unit need to be replaced torn and hanging on the right hand side. In the northern climate with snow and salt wipers and blades are high on the safety list .LEONARD LEE C.

The mobile check in would not work. First it claimed we were not at the correct GPS location. So it told us to scan a code by the propane which we were unable to locate. Location was open so went in and they also couldn't get us checked in. It kept saying waiting for approval. Drivers license pictures and self picture wouldn't upload. Eventually the person at the location just overrode everything. We were there for 35 minutes for something that should've taken a few minutes. Very frustrating. The location itself was fine, the mobile app was awful.Aaron C.
I wasn't sure why my pickup point was changed for my rental. Luckily the new one was still convenient for me but it did cost me extra mileage.Douglas P.

I did a great one way rental from Michigan. The 6x12's roof leaked everywhere. A lot of my stuff was absolutely soaked and ruined. The water came through the back door and from multiple holes in the roof. Terrible trailer. It did rain a little on the way down. But you would think a my least something would be dry. I might as well have rented an open haul trailer. Next time I will look for options other than uhaul. Or maybe it should be called â€œU aware wetâ€. Plan to find other things over the next two trips. What a mess. This is not Hammertimes fault!!!BRIAN PATRICK G.
The website made it seem as though i would be charged twice for the truck. I payed with the extimated mileage when i picked up the truck and when i was dropping the truck off the site made it seem like i was going to get charged the entire thing again plus the overages. Maybe put something toward the bottom showing how much has already been payed subtract the 2 and show what the difference is.travis B.

Awful experience overall. Had to wait in parking lot 1-1/2 hours to pick up truck. Had to wait on hold over an hour. Apparently there was a glitch in the system, which prevented us from being able to check in. Very frustrating when you have 15 people lined up to help you moveJohn G.

Hammertime was where I had to pick up my trailer. When I arrived, the owner stated that the trailer had not been reserved from another U-Haul dealer. Luckily, Hammertime had an additional trailer that I was able to rent. Had this not happened, I would have been very, very dissatisfied. I found out on Monday that my office phone was used to confirm my order rather than my cell phone number. Perhaps U-Haul has too many dealer/owners. I got lucky this time.DENNIS LYNN P.

Your customer service agent was poor. She could not find the contract I received indicating an extra day for the original amount nor that I could pick up the trailer earlier i.e. the night before. As a result I was charged for an extra day. Despite the contract I received, the agent was unable to find it. This took a lot of time to correct. Poor experience.EDWINVINCENT S.
