Have equipment where the reservation is made/requested. This new pick up location cost dditional milage charges. Also costumer should know in advance when a pick-up location is closed. This was a bad experience, causing 1.5 hour delay and costing more.WINSTON DAMAIN P.

I was charged a fuel fee for 2 gallons and I put a little over 2 gallons before returning it. I called the next day after reviewing my receipt and was told I will receive a credit of $8.62. I'm still waiting, hopefully I'll see it in a few days.Marisol W.

Get the rental details straight. When I inquired about renting a truck and keeping it overnight I was told as long as I bring it back within the 24 hour period I would only be charged for 1 day. However, I was charged for 2 days. That is my only complaint about this rental. The gentleman I dealt with was professional, courteous and polite.Darnell C.

He listed the truck as having one half tank of gas in it when I got to the light a half a block away from him I noticed it only had a quarter of a tank I was in downtown Richmond there's a lot of one-way streets I did not want to try to get back to him not realizing what a quarter of a tank would cost me also I didn't receive the furniture dolly because I didn't want it or need it after seeing what it was and I still got charged for itTauna K.

I was registered for a self pick-up after hours. When I arrived at the location, the App didn't give me the option of checking-in. After 30 mins. of trying to use the App, I received a notification that my reservation time and location had been changed. This created significant issues with meeting my movers.
