An excellent experience overall. Maybe give an overview of the return process in an earlier email. All the picture taking and records input caught me off guard. Would have liked to know ahead of time to be prepared for it.

Monica was a great help with my check in and hook up. I had a bad fuse so the lights didn’t work. I was able to go around the corner to a parts store and pick up a new fuse and was on my way in just a few minutes.

I was being rude too when explaining the rates since it was my first time moving. My apple iPad fell out my purse the next day I called for it and they Said it was not in there and I had dropped the truck off at 4:56 when I arrived the worker was leaving did not check the truck just got the keys and left.

Communication will be great especially when you reserve for a location and it's not at the location. When you have representatives make a change and you still have to go somewhere else o pick up it's not pleasant. I was inconvenienced three times this was not a great experience for my first time. The associate at this location was nice and I was discounted for the inconvenience. Thanks

Just a shotty day and got soaked in the rain while having to take a effing pictures to prove I brought the truck back in good condition.

The person working at Hamiton Storage was very nice and did a good job. The u-Haul app and the website are inadequate. I was prompted to check in early, requiring me to capture pictures of my driver's license. I installed the app and followed the instructions, completing the self check-in successfully, according the app and your website. When I arrived at Hamilton Self Storage, I was informed that I had not successfully checked in and that my ID was required again. That was a poor experience, and made me feel uneasy about the entire process. I don't like photo copies being made of my ID unnecessarily. Room for improvement with your dev team. If anything fraudlent occurs with my ID, I know where to point the authorities.

Trailer was brand new. Lady at the counter even saved me around 35% of my rental fee by advising to return my one-way trailer in a location 12 miles away from what I picked! Awesome!

I don't know if it was clean or not. I didn't go inside. The attendant couldn't move the trailer because they have back problems and said " I'm not going to do it I already hurt my back" which lead me to think why should they expect me to do it then..

Nobody mentioned that the truck was rented out the following day and the lady called me and really rude about having it back if I would’ve known that I would’ve had it back I would’ve just worked all night the women the did the original paper was very pleasant and easy to work with

I have a comment, not for the location, but for the whole system, I scheduled to pick up the truck in a location, the day before I received a call moving my order to another location that`s further than the original one (another city). The second location called few hours before the pickup and told me that maybe my truck wouldn`t be available on time, the Lady went far and beyond calling the other customers to get an update on timing and the pickup was delayed only 30 minutes. This new location didn`t have the dolly that I requested, I ended up getting an appliance dolly that somehow helped, but not the planned way. So, not the location, but the whole system appeared to be disorganized.

Upon arrival we were informed that we had to unhook the auto transport ourselves and place it inside the gate then drive the truck around to a parking spot. The other option given was if we didn't do this ourselves, we'd have to drive it to another location. Person had no knowledge on how to do this due to the statement from her that she didn't normally work at this location. Other than this, service at this location was pleasant but not helpful.

U-Haul needs to honor the guests preference of truck size and location. We made our reservation 2 weeks in advance; the night before our pickup U-Haul calls to tell us that we were changed to a 26 ft truck (we ordered a 20ft) and they changed our location pickup 20 miles away from our choice location. It was take it or we will cancel the reservation. While we were traveling halfway through our trip U-Haul calls and changes our drop off location again 15 miles further than original location. NOT HAPPY WITH UHAUL WILL NOT USE AGAIN! The employees of Hamilton and the UHAUL drop off were great! Corporate was the problem.

The lady at the store wreaked of drinking alcohol. The uhaul was covered in mulch on the inside, and had others belongings left inside including a mini refrigerator. We booked another uhaul that same day online. Put my card info to hold..get there and they do not have any box trucks which is what we reserved and they said they had. We were told “that’s just how we do things” when we asked why did you let us reserve it and go out of our way to come here and get it if you don’t have it?

U-Haul offered a free month of storage with trailer rental. Did NOT utilize a unit because you do not participate in this program. Rented there before for years.Girl at counter rather rude about it.
