I reserved a 20ft truck a week ahead. My aunt passed and i had to remove her belongings. The night before i get a call from uhaul that they only have a 15ft. I was already 1 hour and half from home and in the middle of nowhere. I was offered a 20ft truck if i wanted to go to Hillsdale to get it. I really didnt want to but was then informed they wont be open anyway and i was stuck with a 15ft truck. Of course not everything fit. I had to pay 2 other people to drive 1 hour 45 mins out there to get the rest.

Get some heat in your office I froze stand in there and that poor woman that works there she's got to be beyond froze that was the only complaint I have get some insulation in that building man.

Karol GI had request to pick up my rental from a UHaul place less than one mile from my house. Someone called from UHaul and told me they didn’t have the size truck I needed. I had to go about 30 miles, 1/2 hour, to pick it up. The four places in town didn’t have any I was told. Then I drove past the place down the street, literally I live less than one mile away from the UHaul place on Treat Hwy. in Adrian MI (Hill’s). They had a 10 footer sitting there all day. Very disappointed. Had to have someone drive me to the place and back using gas, more $ and it cost me more to fill it up at the end on my rental as it was a long trip. This is the second issue my family has had with UHaul. My daughter moved a few months back from OH to MI and requested a 20 foot truck, which when we went to pick up they didn’t have one and gave us a 27 footer, which I’m sure isn’t as fuel efficient. I understand these thing do happen but it is disappointing and does end up costing more, even though not much when you’re moving can be a struggle at times.

Donna PI paid twice what I was quoted and the rental rates were doubled. I will never rent from you again. The people in the office was great but I haul it self is horrible and unprofessional.
Amanda BDrop off was very easy using the app. The location was beautiful. My only suggestion would be that the area they want returned trucks to be parked at be marked clearly as being for returns. We saw the signs asking that specific areas not be blocked but were concerned that we still may not have chosen an ideal spot to leave it for them.
