The truck was dirty when I received it it was full of pet hair in the front area. Also while driving the steering wheel was shaking which made the truck pull to the right and that was doing 55-60 mph. When I got to texas I tried explaining it to the workers there and they didn't care to document what I was saying then 5 minutes later I received a notification saying I was being charge extra for gas after I'd put 150.00 in it already the needle wouldn't move and I wasn't putting anymore money into that damaged truck!Joquanda J.

I had a guaranteed truck in Hattiesburg Mississippi with a $50 guarantee that wasn't there, I had to go to another location 35 miles away and get a truck that was different than what I needed. They didn't have a hand truck, appliance Dolly or blankets at the second location.. I had to go to a third location to get moving blankets. I feel like I have been jerked around the whole trip . Everyone I asked about the $ 50 guarantee pointed me to the original pickup location, they pointed me to corporate and they pointed me back to them. What a joke! I am very disappointed. Oh yes i drove the truck about 750 miles and dropped it off with 250 miles less than when I took it. I flew helicopters in the military and if I had done my job like this there would had been lots or casualties everywhere. These are simple tasks that have become a calamity of events because of employees who think close is good enough. Is this the new standard??Michael M.

We drive 30 miles from home to use this rental location just because of their customer service and their fantastic business hours. There are two rental locations in our town that we don't use because they are never open and always have limited inventory. Hall's is an A+++++ Uhaul vendor!!Amanda A.

Ashley who handles the returns was not in and when the gas station attendant called her, she said for us to just leave the keys. She charged us for gas even though we returned the truck with more gas then when we picked it up. We want the gas credited back to our account.Joseph Z.

I previously read unfavorable comments about the pickup site in Poplarville, MS. I didn't have any problems with the staff, or the services, or the trailer. However I contacted them ahead of time, and I made sure to pre register online. If you do that then you shouldn't have a bad experience here. Everything went smoothly. 5 Starts!Donna W.

I reserved a trailer on the 28th of June and scheduled a pick up time of 10:15am later notified that a pick up time was 2:00pm I'm 63 Y/o and had help that morning none in the afternoon. When I arrived @ 10;00am and explained my situation and my dissatisfaction the girl behind the counter copped an attitude. I then had to drive about 45minutes to pick up a trailer in order to accommodate my help. I have used u-haul in the past with no issues. I DOUBT SERIOUSLY IF I WILL EVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!robert P.
personnel who inspected the returned vehicle was unfriendly, used foul language and was pounding fist on truck. He also was angry because moving blankets was not folded (I was not previous told that the moving blankets needed to be folded when returned).
