Steve M.The attendant checked me in when I returned the vehicle. He said I would receive a $20 credit for having extra gas in the tank. I did not receive the $20 credit when UHaul sent me the receipt. I was billed an extra $7.54 for extra mileage which was supposed to be deducted from my $20 credit. It wasn't. When I asked the attendant for written confirmation, he said he can't do that but you would send a receipt. You did send the receipt without giving me the $20 credit. I don't like your system of renting and returning rentals. It has changed from the way it used to be.

Return arrangements, outside office hours, are dependent on the 1-800 number answering their phones and not a recorded message that you are busy helping other families, wait time could be 50 mins! The call back facility does not expedite the key drop! Especially when you don't know how long it will be. This system needs major overhaul or HIRE MORE OPERATORS!!! I rent with U haul because the vehicles are excellent and well priced. Your admin. sucks!!!!

Bradley U.We reserved for the palm desert location, went in a few days before and were told they don't have car haulers, we were then sent to the Indio location and were told they had plenty but we had to be contacted the night before, no one ever called so we showed up in Indio, the day of our reservation, and were told they couldn't give us one and were referred to thousand palms. We reserved 3 weeks early, seemed ridiculous they offer a location that doesn't provide the product you need and then don't call to confirm your reservation. The service at this location was great, after visiting 2 others
John G.This rental was supposed to be returned to this pickup location. However the guy running this location did not bother to tell me he closes early on Fridays. AND, my rental confirmation stated I had this trailer until 8:15PM. This location is fenced and gated with NO WHERE to drop off a trailer at night. At 6:30 PM, it took 30 minutes of waiting to get Uhaul customer service to answer the phone/chat. It took near an hour for Katrina to get permission from the 'Traffic' department to allow me to drop the trailer at a center several miles away. Not only is this pickup location at fault for making this such a horrific rental, but UHaul itself and your idiotic rules about being able to drop off a trailer at another location is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Katrina did a fantastic job as she was bound by your ridiculous rules. I will think twice next time about renting a local trailer from uhaul. There ARE other places!

CURT B.The whole online reservation process is poorly done. My reservation was changed 2 days before I went to get a trailer. I had to drive 60 miles out of my way to pickup a trail larger than I reserved which caused me to have to change my lodging due to no room for the trailer. The cost me several hundred dollars in lodging fees. This has nothing to do with the pickup persons or drop off this is on the corporate dispatch center.

Those idiots had no truck and could not be contacted by phone and the clerks at the store had no clue as what to do. This cost me an hour of my day. I deserve to be compensated for my time and effort. If it was me, I would terminate their franchise because I blame UHaul for this.

I did not get the size truck that I reserved, but this was not the fault of this location. My day did not go well as I was transporting over 100 miles and the truck I received could not fit everything...I did communicate with corporate, and they took care of me...1st unpleasant interaction I have had with uhaul, but so glad to know that this company is still the great company that I have come to know, and even though they have no control over all employee's or situations, the company itself stands by it's customers...Thank you U-haul for being the great company I know you are.
