Frank Byou can improve the website. They say they’re supposed to be open on Sunday from 11 to 2. Absolutely nobody was there. We called the number and only got voicemail and no return phone call.
Matthew SI went 50 miles and was charged for 93. I made the mistake of not taking a picture of the milage before departure. I mapped the exact route that was taken.
Greg HTruck images online were nowhere near current. Very dark in lot where mobile pickup takes place and makes it harder to take images for the website.

Jason MTruck ran fine, and served it's purpose. The hood was peeling paint, and someone brushed paint on the worst spot on the hood. Graphics on box were weathered to the point the UHAUL logo's on the sides were peeling badly.

Joshua BLet customers know that they’re renting equipment that hasn’t been cleaned out from the previous renters. We shared that there was dog hair in the vehicle. The people in the vehicle have allergies to animals like dogs, . . Did not even see a sorry about the inconvenience from the Etna Location management. The fact that nobody even tried to apologize or render some kind of remedy to the situation will be the main reason for future considerations

Karen SPulled and and manager told me to "man up" and pull trailer off my truck, as there was no jack attached to the trailer. Really? Felt this was quite unprofessional. Management did call to remind me to remove lock from trailer, which I did. Very appreciative they did not cut off lock. However, they can call about the lock but not that they believed the trailer was dirty. Why did I get hit with a cleaning charge? Please send pics to prove the rationale. I am unhappy as there was NO COMMUNICATION on this and there was only boxes in the trailer, no dirt.

Majadila CI picked up in Etna Ohio. Two of the tires had low air pressure and the ratchets for the tires were very hard to operate due to no lubrication.
