There were a few minor things that could have been cleaner; someone had spilled coffee or a dark beverage on the passenger side, leaving a mark. The floor of the back bed had a big stain or grease spot on it. I would have preferred if that was clean before renting.

I turned my truck in on the 6th of july. On the 8th of July I was called by this location to find out where their truck was, the truck that was in there backyard. Then I was charged for two additional days because they claimed that it was turned in on the 8th of July which is physically impossible. Because I was actually in Omaha Nebraska on the 8th of July. Which was the reason I had the schedule to drop off the truck no later than the 6th of July. I have two days of fraudulent charges on there stating that I had not turned that truck in. And I turned it in at the allotted place and at the place listed here. Those two days need to be removed from my credit card and then I might upgrade your review

rented truck, car dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. only thing i was able to get when i got there was the truck. truck was also almost out of gas and had glass shards in the cab

The location is HORRIBLE and unsafe. The area is not well lit and very, very isolated. Both during pick up and drop off, there were suspicious people around the truck. Car pulled off as I approached the truck. On the return, an unkept man scattered as I approached the car. When I first started the truck, cloud of white smoke was coming out of it. Overtime, the smoke stop. The inside of the truck was dirty. I wouldn't recommend

Truck smell like chimney from all the cigarettes. Truck had less than a1/4 tank on it customer service did nothing about it.

Make the check in process on the app more user friendly. It was difficult to get access and complete sign in. Also whomever is checking the uhaul once returned need to get all the accurate information so they don't overcharge. Get the fees and total correct. I was overcharged on number of days. Agent got my drop off location incorrect which resulted in driving back to original pickup location. I had a one way drop off when I first had reservation but it was changed after. The company need massive improvements to their personnel and systems.

Scheduled the rental well in advance. Showed up at 11am on Wednesday and no one was there. Shop was closed. A person working on a car in the lot called the owner or manager and i spoke to him. He said he was closed and i had to come back the next day. I had just flown in for the day. Total B S. I had to call uhaul customer service and do a remote pick up. I can tell you this is no way to run a business and this location is bad for uhaul. I would terminate this idiots uhaul franchise.

I reserved a certain truck from early on in the day and when I get to the location to pick up the truck. The guy at the front desk told me that someone will be taking my truck instead an that I would need to grab a wayyyy bigger one. I had to give In the keys the next day so imagine how furious I was that I wasn't able to pick up a truck that I clearly reserved an they confirmed with me through texts, emails and all. Never would I EVER go back. ¡Gracias!

I paid $10 for an utility dolly and did not get it and the truck was double booked. Thankfully we got there before the other person arrived or we would have been SOL. Gas tank was empty. EMPTY! Other than that, everything else was fine.

The crank to raise and lower the trailer on and off the hitch has a sharp bolt head welded on the catches forearm when using crank which tore a large hole in my forearm. Needs to be covered.

The truck reserved with my reservation was not available, however on the premises, but they did not have the key. I called the 800 # for U-Haul & on hold for more than 20 minutes & explained the situation & asked if I could use the other truck - same equipment with a separate serial number. I was put on hold while the U-Haul rep called the person across the counter & she explained that she had no training from corporate as they had not-showed for 3 training appointments. She further explained that she had no system to change to show a different serial number. The U-Haul rep came back on the phone after I was again put on hold & told me to take the vehicle. This took more than an hour & my staging items from my listing were simply being moved to another house. I did not meet my planned deadline as I had an appointment with a new client at 6pm & had to use the truck the next morning to finish by going to my destination here in Winter Springs to my new listing & then drop off the truck in Oviedo. That process took more than an hour as well. The cost for my lost time far exceeded having professional movers. This was a simple 2 hour max job. The following day after the drop off, I answered a call from the local U-Haul in Oviedo who explained that I did not drop off the truck. Once again, I had to relive & explain what U-HAUL had done. Shame on you! Why didn't a representative reach out to me & offer help & apologize for these series of events. Laura Leigh Wood 407.310.4909
