I think the vehicle should be inspected every time it comes in and goes out this truck was rented to me with broken mirror ,very dirty ,empty gas tank, it was in no Condition to be rented out it’s a hazard with no passenger mirror

Unfortunately the key could not be found when we arrived. We waited almost an hour however; the young man at the pickup location was professional and worked to solve the problem. I also spoke to customer service and they were great!

The woman who took my telephone reservation messed up! When I arrived at the location I had requested, there was NO reservation! She was sending me to Depot Street, 3 miles away! This delayed me almost 45 minutes for my reservation to be transferred. The lovely guys at B and B Gas were wonderful! They were able to transfer the reservation to their location and get me on my way. It was a hassle and very aggravating for me, as I was late for my appointment.

Even though I had made the reservation a week in advance, the people working there did not have my uhaul and supplies ready it took an extra 25-35 minutes to my trip looking for all of the stuff. They should’ve had my uhaul and supplies all set when I arrived there.

The gentleman when we picked up was nice and courteous, also was open very early making it easy to pick up and get moving day started bright and early. No complaints about the condition of the truck and cleanliness of the vehicle/store.

I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Worst experiences I have ever had renting a truck. Also the people working for you are no help.

Again the computer generated the wrong charge and it took over1/2 hour to clear it up

This was ridiculous. I had an appointment for 9, showed up at 850. The man said no one would be there until 930?? Went back, the woman showed up at 945!? I had movers at my house ready and waiting and lost AN HOUR I paid for due to the lack of respect and professionalism. And there was no remorse on the woman’s part. Absolutely ridiculous.

When I ordered my truck I said NO insurance tgevlady tsking my reservation understood And gave me a grand total. Once I went to pick up the truck I gave her my name and she said ok I just need your card and ran it and yes I should of looked at the receipt I signed but I didn’t until later thus realizing she charged me $42 for insurance and my account overdrafted abdcall of this afternoon my online reservation turned into a packing materials order I never placed for $142 I’ll never use U-Haul AGAIN

I have allergies to scents and perfumes as do many people, I had a severe reaction to the air freshener or heavy scented cleaner in our rental.

I was charged $95.00 3 times on my bank account and also $123 which they told me that price would be adjusted now I’m on hold for 30 min on the phone to try to fix this problem

I am very upset because I was told to return one way before 5pm I did and was charged another day, the person is very kind at this location but we had a communication shortfall, I want to be reimbursed for the second day, it was three hours late according to where we dropped it off.
