Please make it clear to your cash customers that they will receive the remainder of their deposit via check, not cash, upon return of your equipment. Had I have realized this beforehand, I would have probably paid by card, as waiting for a check to come in the mail takes time, and I expected to receive cash back, just as I paid.AMANDA W.

UHaul has a TERRIBLE communication system! I have used them 3 times in the past several years and I have always had issues. You reserve your equipment and they jack something up each time. This time they changed my location of pickup with NO COMMUNICATION. I didn't know until the day of pickup at the original location. Luckilyâ€¦the guy at location was able to transfer my truck that I had already reserved back to me! Location - Great! U-Haul as a company - SUBPAR!Christopher H.

Ordered for pick up at 6 am- not standard pick up- app pick up. Never had an issue before when we did this until we used this place. Reservation was scheduled a week ahead of time. Day of reservation we got there at 6 to pick up and nobody was there & nobody answered the phone . Somebody could of called me that whole time to inform me that app pick up was unavailable. We went when they opened at 9 and wouldn't give us the keys bc we couldn't show proof of payment even though it was all done over the app. Paid at the store and left with the truck. We didn't leave the place until 12 with the truck. We were on a time crunch and had to have to stuff done that's why I had ordered for 6 am to pick up. Went to drop off and turned in the receipt with the keys and then got emailed another bill with a different price. I will be highly mad if I get charged again. I truly feel we should get a refund or some kind of credit for this whole situation. We have never had this happen to us but 6 hours later we finally got the truck. That's absolutely uncalled for. so I am very dissatisfied with this whole situation. I will be sure to let the people I know to not use this location for this service.MICHAEL P.
I was told verbally and on my contract that my uhaul insurance will be 14.99 then wen I get receipt emailed after turning in the uhaul it said 28.00 and some cents.Plus I added gas over the mark wen I returned it,the man that took my keys in return might have read it wrong being that he do wears glasses and he is a very settled age man.I need some of my money BACK.Michelle P.

Get software that actually works and you are not on hold fo over an hour to get help to get your after hours pickup and drop off. This is totally un acceptable in a time of computer driven world. I was over an hour and a half trying to pickup in an area that was unsafe after dark with people coming up to me. And it took me 45 minutes to drop off after hours. â€œALL DUE TO SOFTWARE THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY â€œ your company needs to get with the times.David L.

We are so grateful for the professionalism and resourcefulness of this location after having searched 3 other locations...first one of which was HORRIBLE in customer service. This location was the opposite...at first made sure a smaller trailer wouldn't work and then calling me the next day letting me know he found what I desperately needed. Uhaul needs a better system regarding â€œreservationsâ€!! I had reserved a 5x8 enclosed trailer over a week in advance. I had driven over 200 miles to the Uhaul location on my reservation, only to discover they didn't have a trailer for meðŸ˜¬. They did begin calling around and thankfully located one within a reasonable distance. Others were not so fortunate.Sharon C.

The cup holders and center console were sticky and the truck was very loud and rough riding. UHaul cancelled my first reservation without contacting me and it took me two phone calls, being on-hold for approximately 10 min. each, to get another truck at a higher price. This was with the 800 #, not this specific location. TammyTammy S.

Well my day also most ended really bad ,but thanks to salesman who went over and aboard to follow up why my mileage didn't calculated correctly all my years I never had that happened. I live less than a mile from pickup and traveled less than 8 miles total bill came up 88 miles I couldn't believe it I only had truck for 4 hrs if that long not including loading and unloading. Well the salesman did his part and got approval to pay what the bill should have been for same day. It's tough out here I dont have extra money to give when mileage don't match vehicle miles.
