GERALD PRequested an appliance dolly specifically because I'm disabled and needed this dolly to make it easier. Was only given a very small utility dolly. Pickup was on a Sunday so I couldn't get a replacement. When I turned the truck back in, they removed the charge for the appliance dolly I didn't get.

ANITA ONo would not recommend this location or the people that work that location they steal and lie. I did get the truck I suppose to have got and they double charge me know they gave me a smaller truck. That cause me to make two round trips moving. So cause of not getting the right size I should have not been charged for double. I feel cheated and disrespected

Vicki KPicking up a U-Haul on a Sunday was a nightmare. I waited in the heat for an hour trying to get the truck picked up, which put me behind schedule since I had to return it by 4 p.m. I would not recommend this to anyone!

Shacora SI dropped the equipment off a day early and the personnel made sure I got the bonus I was promised for delivering a trailer to the store from Independence Missouri. The Manager gave me a ride to the Enterprise Car rental store as I was driving to Little Rock and flying back to Kansas City.

Mary NPet hair all over the entire front of the truck and I am allergic. Nice lady tried to clean it with cleaner but did not see her vacuum. Lots of hair still present. I was desperate and no other trucks available. Still suffering from allergy related symptoms over a week later.
