Donnie Plunks towing left us waiting 3 hours for them to come change a tire. I do not recommend Donnie Plunks and would recommend uhaul contracting with a superior service provider. the guy that showed up DIDN'T bring everything he needed to complete the job. the gentlemen at hi-low are phenomenal and I highly recommend their location!

Truck leaked on the inside it was storming when we moved. Water got into the truck and soaked most of my boxes and I had to throw alot of my things away because the boxes were soaked and fell apart.

Need more detailed pricing. Truck was $19.99. I was charged .19 per mile at 58 miles. I ended up paying over $75.00. More than what I was expecting to pay since I could have paid to have the items I needed shipped to me for $75.00.

I reserved a 10 ft Uhaul over 30 days ago. The day before my rental I was called and informed that i would be be getting an 15 ft for the same price. The problem is I wanted a 10 ft so it would be easier to drive. I have never driven a big truck long distance & I was nervous.I spent an additional $150 to use U-haul over a competitor because you were offered a 10 ft truck. I contacted the reservation center in Shreveport to try and get a 10 ft that i reserved. It was explained to me that 24 to 48 hours in advance they see if what was requested is available, since what I needed was not available I get what was available. What is the purpose of reserving a specific size if you are just going to provide what is convenient? Thankfully, my trip turned out great and the vehicle was fine, however, the customer service that this reservation system offers is in need of much of improvement. I will think long and hard before I use U-haul again. Sincerely, Heidi Jonas

Though the customer support and greatness of locale in both OKC and Monroe, the truck despite having about 48,000 miles, it appeared as if the truck lacked proper and up to date suspension maintainence. I noticed this given the few undulations one sees while in town would cause the truck to bounce anteriorly to posteriorly in a semi-violent fashion. In the highway, given it is more flat than city roads, the problem was not so obvious until I reached Shreveport, Louisiana -- the highway there was awful and the truck kept bouncing back/forward (anterior/posterior) which forced me to slow down to about 20 mph less than speed limit in order to avoid an accident. I hope U-Haul would more properly maintain their trucks and customers would more commonly report problems (which is likely the issue).

The experience didn't start great, but it ended well. I had an 8:30AM appointment to pick up my truck. I had to wait until 8:40 or so for the location to finish checking in vehicles from the previous evening, clean them, etc.- my wife and I were literally standing around waiting. However, once this location began checking me in, they were great. The truck was brand new and very clean. The return process was great, too. Overall, a good experience except for the very beginning.

Place wasn’t open and there was no help available. Took more than an hour to finish the process. Had to get a stranger off the street to help. Thank God he wasn’t a serial killer! No phone help was available and the live chat was useless.

Did not have the furniture dollys that I reserved and had to wait almost an hour before the regional rep arrived with the dollys. And then only received one of the two reserved. Was given a utility dolly to replace the furniture dolly.
