Online check-in didn't work so I had to speak to 3 reps to get it solved and check the truck out. The dolly I paid for wasn't in the truck. You knew how far I'd be driving but only left me with 3/8 tank of gas forcing me to fill up mid-trip.

I'm not sure. You are a great bunch to work with. The young lady that took my order did a 5 star job. I think it must have been a computer glitch. The van itself was top-notch....double tandem, great condition and, considering some of the roads, it did an outstanding job. We are not unhappy about the van, or service. I'm not sure what happened.

No one was present at the location. Had to call multiple times and still couldn't get the truck checked in. Ultimately had to chat with a representative who emailed the regional manager involved to get my rental returned. Rental was returned on a Thursday and didn't get confirmation that the return was complete until Monday.

The owners were not on site at drop off however they did have a convenient drop box for the keys.

The ride was terrible. There was an electronic high-pitched wailing that went off endlessly as soon as you hit 60 mph. It was the worst 3 1/2 hours I’ve endured in a vehicle.

There was a bag of marijuana in the truck that I almost went to jail for that was left by the previous driver. The company keeps trying to charge my card every day for bogus charges and will not stop

Accurate location pickup for the desired truck. App did not work and website did not work. I had to speak with the district manager in order to retrieve the keys because the owner left them in a different place.

They didn't service the car correctly there was no transmission fluid in it or oil at all then when I tried to start it up it sound like the transmission kept trying to go out

Check engine light was on when we picked up 26 foot truck. Called UHaul personnel who said it shouldn't be an issue but if it was, we had purchased insurance. Gas tank only 1/4 tank full of gas, so had to immediately fill the tank before we left. Pet hair all over the cab's passenger seat and floor. Truck was not swept out. Thankfully nothing happened to the moving truck engine during our 3 hour moving trip.

Kay was great to work with. She tracked down a truck for me, and made sure that I was well taken care of through every step of the way.

I had reservations for a 15' and the location didn't have one ready. They said it would be about 2 hours before it was ready and I had reserved it for a certain time period. They was rather rude.

The ac would keep cutting off randomly. Would cycle on and off every 20 seconds while driving. Drivers low beam bulb was not working Driver rear tire sensor stopped reading and tire light would flash. Tire was still full of air.

The drop off location was not confidently located. I had a location 26 miles closer that I was not able to use costing me mile overage and increased charges and fuel cost overage.

The pick-up location was very convenient and the Service was excellent. Kay went out of her way to help us in every way she could. However the Truck we got had a leaking back end. If we had not discovered this leak at a gas station the back end would have seized up and could have caused a Fatal accident. We sat at the Truck Stop for 7 hours waiting for repairs. We traveled 7 miles down the road to a Hotel for the evening. After stopping we checked the truck and it was still leaking. Spent the evening trying to arrange another vehicle. We were assured the new truck would be available and ready for travel the next day. The u-haul store we went to had no indication we were even coming. Although the service at this location was excellent we spent 2 hrs waiting on a new truck, which after we received had to be loaded after unloading the other truck. We ending up having to stay an extra night in a hotel. My car we were toeing was covered in Gear Oil. The most expensive and time consuming situation i have ever experienced..

The driver mirror would not stay in place and I had to open the window about every 1/2 hr. in cold weather. The shock were also terrible. The ride was very rough.

Ive never been to a more beautifully wooded charming Uhaul location. The kind folks who run it couldn't be nicer or more accommodating if they tried. Ive been worrying and dreading this move for weeks. It couldn't have gone better! Thank you!!!
