Jill OWindshield wiper fluid did not work. And when I returned it there was NO GPS signal in your parking lot so the return process on your app wouldn’t work.
Marc PThere is no direction as to where the keys are located, when found we had to enter the code multiple times to get it open, there is NOT a drop box at this location all though a representative told us there was and that our original code would not work to replace the key in the same spot we got it which infact was NOT correct!!! When trying to chat an agent we got no response Thankfully a representative finally called us and helped us find the key and send us a necessary link to be able to confirm the condition of the truck!!! Also neither one of our phone numbers work to access of info we had to keep looking up the confirmation code originally sent which was very time consuming!!! We will never use a 24/7 location again!!!!

Ed DMy freinds and I have used this location since it opened, and have always had excellent service from it. The website, however, sucked. When I took pictures the website would revert back and I would have to sign in ... again. It took me about 30-45 minutes to get all the pictures in the website, and then it reverted again, but when I signed in the final time, there was no equipment return to process. I called the 800 phone number and the tech who answered was curteous, polite, and a total pleasure to work with who verified that it had processed. This was in a winter equivalent of a tropical storm. lots of wind and rain.

Susan Cpicked up a car hauler trailer. equipment was clean and ready to use. The place assisted with guiding back to the trailer and hooking up to the 20 foot u-haul vehicle (which i picked up from a different location with a very different experience). i was very impressed how helpful they were from the time i arrived, till i left out of the parking lot. i would highly recommend renting from "Hey Irepair LLC in Norwich CT".

I had a hard time when you switched me to this location for auto-pick up rental. I was not familiar with using my iphone app.

yuankun nVery hard to find- there is a small sign at floor level in a store that focuses on phones. Then I went inside and it took a while for him to come out from a back room. The interactions were confusing and I was disappointed with the dropoff.
