Staff at location were extremely unhelpful. It took me over an hour to get my equipment. For a location that is labeled 24 hour drop offs the location closed with no means of returning the U-Haul. I had paid for a dolly to help with the move and there was no dolly when I received the equipment. This was a miserable experience overall.
