Keep regular hours.

Had to go to the facility three times before someone was there to give me a trailer. The person who seemed to be in charge that day stood me up twice. at least the backup people were nice and came through on my third visit. It was very frustrating and cost me several hours of my time.

There was a hand written not saying the person would be right back but no one came. When I called the uhaul help number I was extremely frustrated with their lack of help. I was in a brand new town with poor cell signal and was sent to an address that didn't exist when I could have saved money returning in Goodwell. The person on the phone suggested we just wait and return the next morning. It's a 18 mile drive one way. Suggesting that was ridiculous. I was beyond disappointed with the customer service I received. This was a completely negative experience.

I would check into the internet/network connection. We had to go through the rental process twice because the program froze and lost all of the entered data.

The lady that took care of us was super sweet! But unfortunately we had to rate it Average based on the 2 1/2 hours we waited for her to get us into a U-Haul. The truck had hardly any gas and had some trash on the inside but overall we were happy

The lady at Guymon was very pleasant and the trailer was clean. She checked the breaks and turn signals and everything was working. When we went to load my vehicle up the next day one of the ramps was jammed in there. It took us over an hour to get it out. I don't ever haul cars so I didn't even think to pull the ramp out. It was very frustrating because we already had a bad experience the day before with the U-Haul truck we had to pick up in Norman because we made a reservation a week ahead of time and then a few days before we are moving there aren't any trucks around for another 200-300 miles.
