Never answered the phone. Doubt if the store is even open. Not their fault but the UHaul app needs an overhaul same with the website…
Matt J.We couldn't do it on our phones and there was another customer that had the same issue. We got lucky when the owner happened to drive by on his way to get a car wash. Otherwise there's no telling how long we would've been there.
ANDREA P.This location is great, but I had to pick up the truck from the south side location, we had to do everything over again, they had it on a one way, the truck was really old. But they gave me a small discount and extra day for the inconvenience. You guys are always great even when you mess up. Thank you...
