Owner of the Gulf station was rude. and the hole check in and check out process to long. he was waiting on other customers before finishing up with me. not a good feeling and experience at all.

The owner/agent was rude and disrespectful because he couldn't explain the package deal. He told me several times that I could go some place else. I had family waiting at my hose to move me or else I would have gone to another location. I would never return to this location, nor would I recommend this place.

I should have verified that the gas tank was full as I glanced at it after I left the Uhaul center and it was actually between 3/4 and full. When I filled up the tank prior to drop off my gas receipt showed I had used 13.74 gallons of gas. I actually drove 128 miles during this move (mostly highway travel). If you do the math, that’s about 9.34 miles per gallon. For a new vehicle, that’s really questionable. Renters Beware! Double check the gas gauge before you leave the Uhaul center!

The representation at this pick up location was awful. From the unprofessionalism to the attitude given made for the worst U-Hahl experience ever. The individual at pick up wouldn’t even print a receipt when requested. The mileage was messed with at pick up resulting in an over charge of 15+ miles to the bill. By keeping this location as one of your U-Haul representatives is a sure way to lose long-time customers.

Check in was very slow even though I had pre-checked on-line. Either the computer was very slow or the employee needs training (or both). The van was clean & operated perfectly.

i rented two trucks at different times on the same day. The first pickup, which i had reserved ahead of time by phone, went very smoothly - in and out in 5 mins. The second one, which i did on the spot, was incredibly painful and time consuming - in and out in over an hour. The location is convenient however, and they have a good sized lot so it was easy to get the trucks in and out, so those were positives. Net of the one bad experience and everything else being positive, I give an "average" rating.

The overall experience dropping this off was atrocious. I wish there was a zero star rating. When we went to drop it off the person asked us to move the truck to a different space. As I was doing so he came out and assaulted me verbally. He was yelling profanity, insane obscene things because he did not want me to drop off at that location because he was receiving a gas truck that day and did not have space. All of our emails and confirmation said this was the correct drop off location yet was some huge miscommunication with from uhaul. ( Sidenote the person I picked it up from said I could drop it off at any U-Haul location anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania) Come to find out he ended up charging us for a extra day of rental out of spite, even though we turned it in 2 days early as our contract stated to return on 10/2. I will never rent from U-Haul again or recommend them to even my worse enemy. I respectfully request some type of compensation for the headache and nightmare it was as I am regretting renting through U-Haul and should’ve chosen a different provider as it is a very competitive market. I would appreciate some type of acknowledgment that this has been received and addressed.

When I went to pick up my U Haul it was hard to even understand the person behind the counter..He never explained anything to me..Especially about the distant gas mileage ..I was charged an extra 4 dollars for that..

Terrible experience. I will never rent a U haul again. 1st drop off location incorrect, they couldn't take vehicle. 2nd drop off location, attendant had no clue about drop off reservation, made,me move the vehicle over 3 spots befire accepting it. Y3ne whole process is unprofessional, haphazard and poorly organized.

Absolutely unacceptable. I reserved a cargo van online on Friday the 16th to use on Saturday the 17th. I received a confirmation that the van would be ready at the location listed at 8:00am (I needed the van for 9:30am). I get to the location and the shop is closed on Saturdays. There is no one around and no way for me to get a van. After standing around wondering what I was going to do I receive a text from Uhaul saying that my van would be ready at a separate location at 10am. How is it possible for this company to screw up this badly? Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with Uhaul. Luckily, the man at the second location was a nice enough guy, but took forever to get me set up and check me back in. Very disorganized and just unacceptable across the board.

When I returned the truck, the owner made me park the truck into a spot that it could not fit into and kept telling me to repark it. Wasted 20 minutes on something that he should be doing. He then asked me to fill up the tank with gas until it could not take more. He made me essentially put an extra 3 gallons of gas in above what I used. Overall, very rude service and clearly a shady operation. I felt swindled by this dealer. Not what I expect from Uhaul.

Very slow in the process of pick up. The person behind the counter had much difficulty printing the contract along with processing the paperwork.

Rental was not ready. Tax rates were higher than quoted online. Was sent here even though they don't have auto transports when I rented one. Broken glass was on the ramp. Dolly was not ready to go in the truck. He wasn't even sure if he had one. There was un-recorded damage to the truck. It's also a gas station, and he would stop helping me if another customer came in to purchase a drink or gas.

My pickup location was changed last minute because the Gulf King of Prussia location was supposed to have the truck and equipment that I reserved. I have an email from Uhaul stating the truck and equipment were "guaranteed" to be at the location upon arrival. The King of Prussia location did not have the equipment that I reserved. After an hour on the phone which delayed my move, I was directed to pick up an Appliance dolly at a "Life Storage" facility in King of Prussia. Life Storage expected the appliance dolly dropped off back at their location. I explained that I booked a "one-way" rental and would dropping the Uhaul truck off in Philadelphia and not returning to King of Prussia. The receptionist at Life Storage acknowledged that I would not be dropping off the dolly at their location and they would work things out with Uhaul.

Very bad. It took April ray in the social media sales team to resolve our horrible customer experience Cody and every one else in phone customer service did nothing help us fix the problem you created even after 90 minutes on the phone Cody said it would take three day to hear back from someone April resolved all our issues in 10 minutes. Same on you uhaul I will never use I haul ever again unless it is a local rental You want my money back

Very little English spoken and not at all friendly or helpful. When I called about drop off time after 6 it was painful to understand what the man was saying. When I arrived there was very little said like yes this is the correct drop off location and after a few exchanges about gas in truck to which I told him it had a 1/4 tank and I was told to return it with that (which I did and then some) I fiannly got him to nod that it was the correct drop off. Not really sure he understood. Asked for a receipt or anything to say I dropped off the truck and he said in the morning I could come back. Do I need to comment on that? Wow. Maybe some printed directions for after hour drop off would help if English speaking help is not working.

I rented 12 moving blankets. The Uhaul center gave me a pack of blankets and told me that 12 were in the sealed bag. When I opened the bag at a different location there were on 7 blankets. When I went to return the equipment at my final destination I was almost charged for 5 missing blankets. It was not until I called the pick up location that I was able to not get charged for the missing blankets as I was never given them.

The employee added terms to the contract that we did not agree on and then refused to change them. All the employees were rude and unprofessional. We were forced to return the truck and pay a fee for closing out the contract that was wrong to begin with and then had to enter into a new contract. My family and I spent multiple hours speaking to the Uhaul customer service line and then speaking to the KOP office. Adding terms to a contract without notice to the customer and then refusing to change the contract to meet the terms that the client asked for is illegal. I would never use this location again and honestly will never use uhaul again.

The location is just a gas station, and the attendants were not knowledgeable about the Uhaul, they also were not able to put both my and my partner’s driver’s license on the account. Incompetent, at best.

Returned the van at 4:30 pm and I put gas in the van so it had a little over 1/4 tank. The attendant that rented me the van was not there so they said they would email the receipt to me.

We had originally booked with Budget, but got notified 2 hrs prior to pickup that they didn't have a truck for us, and didn't do anything to help us get one. UHaul had one on-line, we went to the location and the gentlemen there were very helpful. My phone wasn't getting service so I couldn't do the auto pickup, they looked everything up and were extremely pleasant. Truck barely even had a scuff mark on it, it was in great shape. I would highly recommend this location and Uhaul.

Although the attendant was nice enough, this was NOT at all close to my preferred pickup location. I had to go SEVENTEEN MILES out of my way to pick up this truck. The number of miles included in my rental also dropped to 30 from the original 47. Not only was my entire moving process delayed, but I had to pay for extra miles since my reservation was changed without any consultation the DAY BEFORE my move. Very disappointed. Will not be using UHaul services again.

I found it annoying that the truck went to tow mode every time I started it. That should be a feature that the driver selects when he's towing, not something you have to turn off.

First of all, this is a gas station and any type of map directions will get you to a strip mall nearby. You have to drive around it to find it. There is VERY limited parking and we had to move the truck because they were getting a gas delivery. This is NOT what we would call good customer service. The person running the quick-mart takes the trucks in. He didn't have a receipt to give me that we turned it in. He did no inspection of the vehicle or the amount of gas in the tanks. He could barely answer the questions we had. The only reason we used this spot was it was the only one close by. Next time, we will drive farther. This is so not what we expected from U-Haul.

Proprietor barely spoke english. Truck was wedged between two other trucks but proprietor refused to back truck out or put it back in the same tight parking spot when I returned, demanding that I do it. Back of truck was full of dirty water.

The 24/7 online reservation management system is excellent. Very smooth. However, when my return was complete and I returned the keys, the guy said it wasn’t complete. I showed him my cell phone and he let me go, but I still felt like he was unsure. He wasn’t very friendly either.

The check-in process still takes too much time. It could be much faster with using codes to unlock the vehicles instead of keys, identity checks ahead of the rental, and using the pictures from the last rental as evidence instead of having the new user take them before the rental.

I reserved for Frazer but confirmation was for KOP. This added an extra hour to my trip making me late for my obligation to deliver. Down loaded app, enter all data, did express check-in with app, but still had to answer multiple questions such as are you returning truck back to KOP? My reservation was a one way to Lebanon so why is this not known by pickup location. The communication between local and central offices is horrible. My app check-in indicated that truck was at Frazer when it was actually in KOP which took two calls to the local stores to resolve and cost me more time and anxiety. These problems seem typical for uhaul... they have happened in previous rentals made by me and my son. I will only use uhaul if I have no other choice.

I paid for, and this location confirmed that they had a utility dolly available to rent with the truck. When I arrived on location they didn’t have any available. This was extremely frustrating since we planned to us a dolly for our move.

Service was very poor the owner of Gulp so rude and he I returned the car at the same gas mark I took it and he wanted me to fill it more than what I used. The day before I went to the location to check for mileage price he told me 1.49 cent per mile the next day I went online it says 89 cent per mile. It was very unhonest.
