Tracy EYour inventory online should indicate the availability in addition to the inventory you offer at the time of a person renting online. I had to go to another facility to get an appliance cart when I make a reservation online. That cost me gas and time. If I new the online facility did not have all the equipment I needed then I would have gone to the facility directly.

Marvin BPassenger cab in vehicle was a little dirty, cup holder and floor was dirty. Overall the front desk clerk was extremely receptive, knowledgeable and moved expeditiously in a professional manner.
Ananias BThis location on Ave D, maybe out of the way, but it is far the most clean store, it was very easy 123 to transact business, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business there. Most of all the vehicle was very clean. I would go back and use that location again. Even returning the vehicle, the attendant was pleasant.

Rudell CI would Recommend this location, however, I would Tell them to ask more questions. Pay attention to Text msgs. Go above the miles you think you will travel and find out if you get refunded. Do not get multiple, extra charges like I did.

THEA ATruck was dirty with trash still in cab. Mirrors did not work. One wiggled out of place while driving and one was in a fixed position that could not be moved blocking view on the right hand side. Very dangerous for a large truck. Will not rent from uhaul again.
Ryan Hthoroughly clean your trucks after each customer. The truck I got was very dirty inside and out. I reserved a 9" cargo Van and they did not have any. On your website the rate for mileage was $1.79....I was charged $1.99. I reserved and confirmed everything online but when I arrived for pickup the lady said she did not see it in her system, therefore I had to give all the information again.

TADIOUS DThe staff was very inappropriate. They insisted I verbally give them all of my confidential information through a booth when I tried to give them my license they had me read it aloud instead like Im not sitting in a waiting room full of strangers. By far the worst experience I have ever had in any establishment requiring me to give them my private information.

FERLANDIA GBig parking lot made for an easy drop off in the city. Plus L train stop a couple blocks away made for an easy return to home
Tracy CThe truck was absolutely trashed when I received it. There was trash in the cabin and left over drinks everywhere. The steering wheel was wet and sticky as well as the cup holders too. There were empty drink bottles in the side and middle cup holders. Very bad experience! Was going to ask for another truck but could not wait for one!
