We returned the truck on Sunday afternoon. The place was closed so we just dropped the key. Great location because it is close to our storage.

My reservation said 9. waited over an hour and also they took the customers before me and said I didn't have any reservations. More patient. Serve customer's upon arrival time. Also check for reservations before stating there are none.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this uhaul rental that I have experienced myself, or have even heard of. This location took over an hour to get us our rental due to a system issue AND rented us faulty equipment. Not only did our 20ft moving truck feel like it was going to rattle apart during the drive, but the auto transport CAUGHT ON FIRE 30 minutes into our out of state move. Not only did they cost us a lot of time, the unloading help that we had waiting for us, and extra gas money for the car we weren't expecting to have to drive. But this could have cost us our car, everything we own, AND OUR LIVES had it not been for our quick action to REPEATEDLY put out this fire and get our car off the transport before it also ignited. Because we weren't planning on driving this car, the gas tank was empty. Empty tanks explode when they catch fire. This could have cost us our lives. U haul to date has not reimbursed us for anything, despite many calls to customer support and promises that we would be contacted. And then they had the AUDACITY to charge us an additional fee because the transport did not get dropped off at the correct location (because uhaul had it towed away after catching fire!!).

This was a terrible experience! We were scheduled to pick our truck up at seven AM. The keys were in the wrong box, and corporate could not get us the code to let us in. They attempted to contact three different people for this location, and not a single one of them would answer the phone! My only option then, wait until ten AM for somebody to come in. Next the eighteen blankets we ordered were not in the truck! The day before pick up, I was contacted by a representative from this location stating they didn’t have a 20 foot truck I had ordered but had a seventeen foot available. What choice did I have at this point in the afternoon. Our mattress and box spring did not fit in the truck so we had to haul them in a pick up. It rained! If we would of had the truck when we were suppose to of, this would not of been happened . My mattress and box spring would not of gotten wet. If I had the twenty foot truck like I wanted, my things would of fit. Never again will I use this location for anything. Get this place in order before they ruin a good name.

Absolutely will never again use U-Haul after this experience. The 24/7 pickup needs a ton of work. It took my husband 2 hours to get our truck because he was “denied” on the first attempt of logging in to get the truck. As a result of U-Haul’s poor customer service, this ended up costing us an extra two hours of labor for our MovingHelp. Furthermore, our items requested were not in the truck (appliance dolly to move piano).
