Thomas was courteous and professional as he helped me choose a size. The paperwork was completed quickly and communication was outstanding during my rental term. This is the second time I have needed temporary self storage and I used the Puhi facility both times. I'm bound to need them again in the future, and I"ll just go straight there ... it's always so easy and the people there are so helpful and friendly.

The courtesy call upon renting the unit was appreciated. Closing this puhi account was easy and friendly. Went to kalapaki storage for a larger unit met Nainoa, very friendly and helpful, made my search and new rental seamless! Very impressive storage facilities!

Guardian Self Storage is the BEST storage facility on Kauai! And I know from experience because I have rented from the other facilities on the island, and they cannot even begin to compete with Guardian Self Storage. Extremely clean units, friendly and accommodating staff, and just an excellent place to store your belongings! Consider yourself lucky if you are able to get a unit at Guardian Self Storage. No wonder they often have a waiting list for units!

I have been with Guardian Self Storage for over 5 yrs and have no negative comments about this facility. They have been very helpful and cordial all the time. The only reason for my closing the storage was I had more storage area built into my garage. I would rent a storage if I ever needed to store things again cause the air conditioned storage area is really nice and clean.

- employees are rude - the live-in manager or whatever it’s called throws their dog poop over the fence into the trees - they also have kids setting pig traps on the other side of the fence - employees only clean about once a month - employees accused my dog of peeing in the area my storage was in but it was another persons dog that followed me in the door and rice water that I accidentally spilled that left a white mark on the floor - one of the employees have a small dog that poops on the side of the building that my storage was in - I asked multiple times if they could email me the rules and they only sent it after they sent an eviction notice - I called to try to talk to a manager about the eviction notice and they didn’t want to hear what I had to say and hung up on me twice

Thank you very much for being there at the right time..I was in the process of moving to Oahu in 3 days n I had to look for somewhere to temporarily store my goods..searched n Guardian Storage came up, went to yr office n Fran was there...she was very friendly n helpful but there wasn't a smaller space available. I checked out the guys across the street but they didn't offer what Guardian storage had...before leaving I ckd with Fran to pit me on the waitlist n Bless her heart had found something for me...and 4 yrs later is history! After not being able to check my storage for 3 1/2 yrs I..everything was as I left it n secure!! Thank you again for yr service n will always tell everyone in need....Aloha

The customer service representative I worked with was Fran. She was always helpful and kind. I highly recommend this storage facility. It was convenient, clean, automatice lighting, dry, air conditioned and reasonably priced. There was a hand truck at the door tht helped me get my things loaded and unloaded into my indoor unit.

Staff are wonderfully helpful and nice. Best storage facility on the Island. I drive from the North Shore...that tells you how good this place is to store your belongings. Place is always very clean. No trash around. Easy access to both of my units. Air controlled inits are especially nice for clothing and other items that would be susceptible to mold.

I have been with Guardian Self Storage since they first built the building and the staff have all been wonderful, all the time. I have moved within the building to different sized units and when needed an additional small locker for a short period of time, was able to get one in the building in the newer section. Thomas and team have always looked out for how to get the best space for the best price and I have never been disappointed. It's like I am leaving family with this move out! Will surely miss them but applaud their dedication to the service and facilities they offer and keep very well maintained. They have set the standard for in my opinion for all areas of location, sizes and prices, cleanliness in and out, security and lighting, and access times to units. I even get to email them when I can't get there in person after office hours!
