This location is ghetto. Like, truly an assortment of out-buildings and no clear direction as to where to go. I dropped off after-hours and was actually concerned for my safety as it’s on the edge of town, in a bad area, with poor/no lighting. Would not recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! The lady at GTS Gas station told us that she doesn't have any truck for us even though we had the confirmed reservation. On asking what went wrong, she said that Uhaul people don't know what they are doing and they screw up every time. How does it matter to me ? I just want my truck. She offered me another truck, smaller size which I was okay with but was charging me 10 CAD more and on top my reservation provided me the truck with 270 km and for 3 days. She was offering me just 115 KM and for 24 hours. Again she started blaming U Haul when asked for more information. I called U Haul customer service and the rep confirmed 270 km and 3 days booking. I informed rep that the lady at GTS Gas station is not obiding with the same, she called the dealership but the lady at gas station did not answer. So, the rep told me to give my phone to her to talk but the lady literally said "I don't talk to anyone". Then the U Haul rep helped me by transferring the call to Cornwall area manager and that person talked with the lady. Finally the lady agreed to provide us the truck on agreed terms. We had to spent almost 1.5 hours before we got the truck. Just don't go to this pick up location !!

When we picked up the van it was extremely dirty and covered in dust. It smelt terrible and there was old food on the floor. The vans definitely need to be looked over/cleaned after use. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Well it would be nice if the truck were full of gas this way we can bring it back full and there is no discrepancy were the gage is when I took the truck it was at half and he mark a little over half so I brought it back a little over half so there were more gas then when I took it and they charged me an extra ten dollars for gas I told her that I did not agree with it but the gentleman that signed it out to me was not there so not impressed thank you

U haul was dirty had to sweep it before we could use it. There was no air conditioning when we turned it on smelt foul. Had a three hour drive in 40 degree weather with no air conditioning. Not a pleasant experience.

Went to get the truck I reserved (20'), days prior, guy tells me he can't give me it because someone else reserved it, i ask for a size up then instead (26'), he refuses, offers me a size down (17') , and then charges me for a 20'. Wonderful.

Lady in charge rude and unhelpful - unable and unwilling to answer questions and provide baseline service. Further, moving equipment ordered online (and paid for) was not present at site, and therefore move was complicated by not having dolly needed.

The owner and his wife where great to deal with. Explain things thoroughly and helped deal with the poor customer service from the uhaul representative on the phone who seem to lack training and have no knowledge what a best rate garuntee refers to. My encounter with the customer service line was sub par and dreadful, from the lack of communication consistency and knowledge to the discrepancies on the bill and what best rate garuntee means. Location gets 5 stars. And an extra star for trying to explain to the customer service representative how the bill should be. Uhaul gets 1 start for answering the phone.
