This is the 2nd time we booked at this location. The first time, owner was not there and uhaul had to make a new reservation at a different location. 2nd time..owner again was not there...after speaking with uhaul..they said he was on his way. He called us and said will be there in 5 mins. He showed up almost 2 hours later. An hour later...the truck broke down. Haf to wait a few hours before someone came to look at it. This dealer should be removed, and the truck repaired properly
Biodun OThe customer service team was very helpful and accommodated a new location when the location we chose was having service issues. The mobile check in support team was also very helpful at the time of pickup and the receipt came very fast using mobile drop-off. Overall both times I have used U-Haul were very good.
Miranda PI booked a uhaul overnight and had three separate calls confirming with the place that it would be available for me to pick up. when I got there, I had to wait for over an hour because the owner was missing from the store and when it finally came to my turn in line, he said I could have one for three hours and there were no overnight trucks available. I'm just not sure what the point of making a booking is if the stuff isn't going to be there when I need it. Customer support was able to get me a different van of a different size over an hour away but it didn't have the dollies or equipment I needed so I had to scramble last minute to get stuff sorted. Definitely added a lot of stress into the moving process.

onofrio pPoor signage, agent was not helpful, was not knowledgeable re: UHaul policies or how to connect a tracker. Fortunately he called uhaul for help because he was not aware of the need to provide rubber Stoppers for the "S-hooks" on the end of the trailer chains.
Louis ANo proper sign of business display in the front of building. It was said that other Uhaul customers had similar experience. Closed before posted business hours. Arrived at 4:30pm at the return location and business was lights out. No telephone listed until I had to call Uhaul. I’ll never do business with a non Uhaul store ever again! Only positive review I have, goes to UHaul call center representative who were helpful with my return.
Hon TIt was a really bad expwrience as I had to drive more miles to pick uo and drop the equipment rather then use it for what I rented it for just because u haul said they don’t have any equipment near my location but it was showing online that it was available though. No good
Abhinav TChange the type of locks used for drop box pick up. The locks are way too difficult to open. I could not open the lock box at one of the locations and had to change pickup location. Wasted time and money.
Ricky CShowed up slightly early to pick up vehicle. Pickup was 1130. Arrived at 1120. Store hours said it opened at 11 but no one was there. Had to wait for the check-in person to come in. Not a huge deal but if it’s open at 11 someone should probably be there at 11 even if the pickup is at 1130.

NASIR MI didn't receive a pamphlet with starting mileage or fuel level so there was no way to verify the details.

Rebcca Wthere are numerous issues with the location. the phone listed on the door and on uhaul website was not answered or my voicemail was not returned. I had issues with the lock and i spoke with a great client service person (her name escapes me) but she was a god send.

Mahmut SThey overcharged me for the vehicle. The insurance was for $15 however, later I got charged for $30. Also, the rental charge is also more than what shows on website and was conveyed.
