Review the need to take a photo of mileage and gas gauge before leaving the vehicle when returning it after hours.

The man we spoke to was absolutely lovely and very kind/helpful. He helped us when the man at the parsons location didn’t even look up from his phone, and got upset at us for “not following the instructions he sent”. When we left after he told us he didn’t have our reservation, he called us to ask if we still needed our reservation which he happened to just find. Much better experience at the 34Ave location, he will be the reason we will be coming back to uhaul for service.

I cleaned the van and returned with the fuel level more than when I got the the truck, though I had been charged around $23 for fuel in my invoice , good thing I had taken pictures before leaving the vehicle with mileage and fuel level , I wouldn't trust this location any more.

No sign of the shop, Trailer did not have a stand and it absolutely should not have been rented in its current condition. It was parked in a totally inaccessible corner of a dump yard. Overall worst experience.

The blankets were not clean, but they were given to us at no charge, so all ok! Happy that I was able to even get a truck last minute! And the after hours return was very helpful!

Maybe have the vehicle cleaned between use. The back of the van we rented was sticky. The entire mat was covered in a honey/syrup type substance and we had to put down our own blankets to not get everything sticky. Also don't be fooled with the cheap price it adds up quick if you have to travel a distance when you pay .49 a km. Location was good, easy process to pick up and drop off.

I was improperly billed for kilometres as well as gas. Then had to have multiple emails with the area manager before they rectify the situation. Would not recommend this location to anyone .

Picking up my truck was a wild goose chase! This location is a mess. Trucks everywhere, office in one building, while the keys and drop box are on the side of another building. In the future I'll take my business else where.

Should go back to starting and ending with a full tank. Filling to a partial point, like 3/4, can be bothersome, especially with a short travel distance.

Confusing locations of parking & incorrect location description of key compartment (using mobile app). Incorrect date of bith format tab. Customer service representative (On call) has no clue about location of key compartment. I wasted 50 mins to complete pickup process using mobile app.

I arrived at the service location at 9:00am (the time scheduled to pick up my rental). The service agent just had to provide me with a key to the vehicle as I had checked in online. He was helping another customer so I had to wait 45mins to get my key. I was late for my appointment for moving which caused me other issues. He could have just provided my key because it took 2 mins to process my rental. His office was extremely messy and he left me alone in his office while he helped another customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone else.

The one man operation was indeed very friendly, organized and efficient. I was second in line and was still out of there in under 10 minutes. Vehicle was extremely well maintained and clean and am the amenities worked (ie. A/C). The gentleman agent was always smiling and engaging in conversations...about the rental when needed but also made pleasant small talk. Highly recommended!

Online pickup was not straightforward at all, and despite completing an online check-in in advance, still had to provide tons of info including pictures of I'd and credit card information while standing in the middle of a lot in a strange area of town. Truck was not at location it said it would be, when we finally found it the truck did not have the dolly's we had requested. After being told we wouldn't be charged for them, the charge still appeared on our bill. Wouldn't recommend uhaul, and would not recommend this location.

The truck I rented was very dirty, smelly, and had not been swept out prior to me renting it, and in definite need of service. (Pulled to the right my whole trip.) However, the staff member was very friendly and renting was efficient and easy.

We ordered our U-Haul 3 weeks in advance, the 9ft van and 2 furniture Dolly’s. We arrived to pick up to be told they have no furniture Dolly's available. No call before hand telling us nothing was available so we had no other options for getting Dolly’s. Made our move extremely difficult. Not impressed. The van was missing trim pieces and the spare tire was lose. We had to tighten it ourselves when we got to our apartment. Nothing was done for any of the inconveniences.

I had an issue with one of the trucks, but i was taken care of well, with some effort on my part. The reason why i still rank this location above avarage is because of the service provided when the breakdown occurred and for the large discout i was given for my inconvenience.

Fire johannes vandam ( area manager for Edmonton ) or send him on customer service course if the company can’t run without him. Customer expects basic manners from the management and those are the quality that he is missing

When I arrived from Calgary to pick up truck and trailer, the guy was waiting for me so I can help him load the trailer on the truck!! I have to pay in full AND help the staff do their jobs? Then the trailer was parked in a very tight spot it took us half an hour to take it out outside in the cold. I then realized that one of the straps was not in a good condition to strap down a vehicle that i wanted to tow to Calgary, it had a cut in it. it just wasn’t safe enough for me to use. I realize this after the uhaul agent closed so I had to go back to Calgary without the vehicle I wanted to buy. It was just a terrible experience. Gas alone cost me a 120. Never will I ever use uhaul.

The cabin of the truck was absolutely filthy. I felt like I needed to shower after driving it. The low rating for the location is because there is no signage on the building for U-Haul other than a small piece of paper taped to one of the exterior doors. The U-Haul rep was nice.
