GsTs took good care of me. However, someone else tried to change my reservation and give me a truck that was too big and a location that didn't exist. But Tony, at GsTs, went out of his way to find the right truck and trailer. HE GETS ALL THE CREDIT for making things right.

I was told 24 hours in advance that I would not be getting the sized truck I had reserved and was informed that U-Haul had confirmed with me 48 hours before then that it was acceptable. That confirmation never took place. My pickup time was also during when the location was closed and that was never conveyed to me as the pick up location was not my preferred option but the email still said I could pick up at 9 though the location was closed until 10. The staff on site were extremely helpful and nice, I just think some miscommunication happened between them and U-Haul.

Without seeing other trailers there I would not have known this was a drop-off location. Seemed more like private property with a small storage building for office. Staff was very friendly and efficient, though

Drop Off process, charged $20.00 for "after hours drop off" but is was the middle of the day on a MONDAY!

None of the damage on the truck was noted by the agent and this location has poor to non-existent internet thus making it impossible for a customer to upload photos of previous damage. I wasted an hour of my moving time trying to get photos to upload of damage that should have already been documented. We we also charged $10 more than the full price (cost, fees, taxes) that we were given at the time of reservation and at numerous confirmation calls. It is not a good business practice to adjust the price up when a customer drove 3 1/2 hours from another state. Lastly, it would be pertinent when changing a reserved pick-up location for you to choose a location within the set travel parameters, not 3 miles further and out of the way.

Booked at a location that does not exist. 3 locations later after rude service found the trailer I reserved a week in advance

Representative charged me for coverage even I told him I do not need it since I have AAA insurance covering it. He never showed agreement to read. He just gave his phone and said that I need to put my signature there. When I asked why charges are higher than estimated, his answer was: I dont know. Extremely non professional customer service

Sean and Josh did a GREAT job! Polite, respectful of my things, careful, always smiling in spite of the heat, all atound nice guys. I highly recommend.

We were disappointed that there was not a dolly of any kind in the back or any moving blankets like we have previously experienced. I had to spend an extra 200$ for a dolly.

got sent to about 3 locations before I could get my equipment, made me late for what I had planned that day. the last place i went to they were nie but didnt help me get the car on the tow so that kind of sucked.
