I asked for counter pick up when I get to the location everything was done thru the app witch was a nightmare there was a sign on the location door to call he doesn’t answer the phone this process literally added 45 more min to my haul such a inconvenient process and I’m still waiting for my receipt I picked the truck up at 845am and had it back at 11:30 still waiting will never use this UhAul location again wish I could at least get a credit or something I use uhaul a lot as I’m sure you see from my account with you

I put my reservation in online however upon getting to the location and opening the app, there was no apparent way to actually "check-in" or obtain the key without going inside. The gentleman at the counter assisted me by checking me in manually but when I went to return the van the shop was closed and I had to process the return using the QR code. The experience was rather fragmented and I don't understand why the whole thing couldn't be done easily on the app. if it's online via the app then I should be able to do that completely not just partially.

Philip DAngeloAn Absolute nightmare picking up this truck. The truck was not at the fuel level that was stated and when asked about it was told to just take a picture of it. When we asked to fill up the truck as properly stated on the contract, he said, "I don't have to rent you the truck at all" then proceeded to call us A**holes. Meanwhile, the entire side of his face was black and blue as it he had already been in another confrontation. What a poor contact person to have to deal with for this transaction and I can promise, I will never use this location again. He shoudl most definitely be fired for the manner in which he handled our rental. The most unprofessional person ever

david bordaThe website should be kept current. I originally booked a cargo van at Breenan Gas in Vincentown, NJ. I took a Urber ($39.00) to pick up the van, but upon arriving I was informed that they do not have any vans. The owner was kind enough to call Uhaul to locate a van, which was found in Cherry Hill. I took another Urber ($48.00) to the second location and saw a van onsite. Only to be told the he doesn't know why Uhaul sent me there as he does not have any vans available. When I questioned him about the one in the parking lot, he informed me that it was reserved and the customer was already 30 minutes late picking it up. He did not offer to locate a van elsewhere. After a few minutes of me complaining he call the reserving customer and left a voicemail then prepared the contract for me. The entire time he was rude enough that I had to remind myself to remain peaceful to complete the transaction. I have never had such a disrespectful experience and will avoid Uhaul at any cost as well as notify my family and friends.

Shaw LevinReturned the truck through the App. The App kept giving me an error that the picture would not compress (I've had this error about half the times I have used the app to return equipment) so I just had to verify the milage and gas level. I appreciated the gas attendant asking if I would like to wait inside for my ride since it was raining and cold.

The brakes were a little scary, and the engine is very loud when it starts. The steering wheel is also not strait you have to hold it like 1/4 of an angle to the left to actually be strait in the lane.

When I was dropping it off, a completely drunk woman and her mentally handicap son were harassing me as I went thru return procedure.

HOI DODrop off. No personnel there. Had difficulty with the internet and couldn't complete the drop off paperwork. After several minutes we gave up. When I got home I called customer service and Gisselle helped me finish the paperwork.

John CliffordOwner of location pulled the truck up for me and when I got inside I immediately saw that the dashboard indicated that both the right and left rear tires needed air. I believe that’s something the owner should have tended to before releasing the truck to me. There was also an unexpected $15 charge on my final invoice that I was not informed about.
Jes ScottGot dropped at location and found correct truck 10' truck. The incorrect key was left in the lockbox. It was after hours for Uhaul, and the gas station attendant did not have access to anything or know anything. Called Uhaul and got a rep who determined the key that was left was for the 15' truck. That was blocked in by others we didn't have keys to, and we didn't want that big of a truck anyway. Was given the code to another lockbox and was able to gain access to a van. Instead of just driving one way to our destination, we now had to drive to Maryland and back because vans have to be returned to the same location-more miles, more money. When returning van, the gas tank was on 1/2 full so we added $10 at Grub Grab N Go location to get it to the right amount (should have been well over). The gas station attendant said he would take care of everything. Unfortunately, we listened and got scammed as it was logged in as even less than 1/2 full and we owed more for gas. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Eugenia MiricaThe charges on this receipt are incorrect. The place added and extra 27 miles and said that I didn't put gas in the van, which I did. I was overcharged for milage $34.83 and gas $27.50 equaling= $62.33 That is absolutely ridiculous considering I only drove 20 miles!!!!!
Eugene CatanzaroTook three tries to get acceptable vehicle. First one had screw in tire, second one had headlight out. The only saving grace was the clerk, Anthony. He was very nice and helpful. Had it not been for him and his customer service I would have cancelled order and went to another rental company. My issue is I’m not convinced the site owner properly inspects his vehicles prior to renting.

Dan AllenWas charged for 2 extra gallons of gas even though I made sure to refill the tank to the exact spot it was at when I picked the truck up initially. I have pictures. Also was charged for 7 extra miles that I did not drive. I have pictures of that as well. And was charged $14 for vehicle protection coverage even though I did not select that option when reserving online prior to pick up. I will be contacting corporate to complain and get my money back.
Brandon WonsThe vehicle was fine. The person who rented the vehicle was rude, unprofessional and clearly has subconscious racism within him. He was nasty from the onset, and kept pushing me to get the insurance. When I told him I wouldn’t drive it far enough to warrant it he responded “well make sure you bring $75000 in here if something happens.” And then he went on to say very rude comments afterwards and asked for several contacts. I’ve rented several times from Uhaul and I have never had to provide several additional contacts to get the rental. Perhaps it is a new policy I don’t know, but the manner that you deliver information matters. I deserve the same professionalism provided to white customers. Upon drop off I was asked very nastily “did you put gas in it?” And “it doesn’t ride on fumes”. With all due respect, I have never returned a uhaul without adequate gas. This experience was horrible. Never again. Never. Like i told the nasty man, I’m a professional and my black skin doesn’t make me a criminal. horrible experience!

Howard SchlesingerI believe this location is scamming custmers. I rented a van to go about 5 miles to an apartment, stayed there and worked and returned the van hours before expected. Original estimate was $70. Email bill I received yesterday is $235+. I visited the location and he just said that's the mileage. Someone must have driven the van after me. I am disputing this charge with my bank/credit card company.

Paul LeiferBe sure to clean trucks/vans in between customers. Van I rented was filthy. Seats were covered in crumbs and animal hair. Steering wheel was sticky. Windows were gross. Cargo area was so dirty someone wrote in dirt.
