To a 70 year old woman with Lupus and kemo patient. Thank you for a 1400 charge nlus gas cost. Unsafety default equipment which is an accident waiting to happen thank God I'm 55 year of driving trucks with a marketing degree. Otherwise we would not be having this chat but did you think of the other lives you could ha affected. So what are you going to recuperate me with a 1400 dollar charge plus 200 to unload mess and safely dispose off another 50.oo plus no air brakes light or wind shield washers in a middle of a storm and sick. Never have I endured such lack of business practice. And I have been a long time customer.

The personal whom said she was the owner of the motel and the uhaul location cussed at me and was extremely rude and disgusting toward me. I think that Uhaul need to change this location or employee and compensated me for the rudness and disrespectfully words and attitude.l by the person
Dino M.The office is not desirable, printer didn't have enough ink, and trailer has not been well maintained, the lug nuts were real rusty so therefore that explains why the one tire on right side had bald spots and other side not good tread, tail sticking out so that water can get behind it. Was afraid of a blowout.

Has nothing to do with where we actually ended up getting a uhaul after our first reservation at one place didn't go through when this was reserved a week prior then got sent to another location 40 mins from me saying a truck was there and available for pick up get there and NO truck had to drive another 45 mins to get a truck this was the third stop and 5 hours later had movers waiting at the storage units on us arrived to them 6 1/2 hours later which we had to pay them for!! Would really appreciate someone reaching out to me in regards to this, I don't have to wait on the phone for 50 mins to speak to someone I did enough of that waiting on saturation you people!! Ralph G.I originally ordered around the corner at a different location. They didn't show up and their office was locked!!?? This was an alternate location which did great considering they didn't know I was coming.
Robert W.Truck was dirty inside the cab, the storage area, and the windshield. Food and spills and dirt in the cab. Trash and hairballs in the storage area. Windshield was covered with dead bugs and also filthy on the inside too.

Nancy H.I am always after a 5 x 9 trailer with ramp to cut my snowbirds grass as they are at their house in Tennessee .In other words a super simple way to check locations that have the trailer without filling in first time reservation rental hoopla. Plenty of Uhaul facilities near me just need to know where one is at without giving the same information.over and over while on the Web

willard B.There seemed to be a small confusion with uhaul and the rental at first. They cancelled this location and sent me to another location that was unprofessional. I called uhaul and they had me go back to this location, and I was completely happy with this pickup location. the lady named Dawn was very nice, professional, friendly and informative. Dawn is the reason why I didn't cancel my uhaul, she helped me out so much. Thanks Dawn at Grove motel.
Carmen C.The location is a seedy motel that is difficult to get to and even more difficult to get a trailer in and out of. To say the staff is disorganized, is about the nicest thing I can say. The motel office (where you make the transaction) is dirty, has a bad smell, and is just generally unkempt. I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer. They had no jack to lift it onto the hitch. The two ladies who worked there did offer to help me lift the tongue of the trailer onto my hitch. I was told that if I was returning it after 1pm, to just drop it off because nobody would be there. Having to lift the tongue of a trailer that size, without a jack, on my own was not easy or fun. I have used u-haul for many moves and projects over the years, and this was, by far, my worst experience with them. I will not return to that location and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone i know.
