Shame on you! We filled the gas up to 3/4 of a tank-more than we had to, and you charged us a $15 fuel charge! We drove that truck( with no air ) and returned it clean and full. I'm disgusted with your shop and will not be renting from you any more!PETER C.

Not the fault of the location but the equipment set me back 3 days and I had to pay for cost. Customer service kept bouncing me around to scheduling and I got no where. Scheduling said that I had to deal with the location I picked up the trailer and they told me, it is a customer service issue and I believe that.PATRICK S.

First and foremost, I had to wash the trailer after getting it, the outside wasn't as clean as it looked in the picture. Next, when I went to return the trailer, the location wasn't open, and I was WELL within its business hours. Finally,. I REALLY didn't appreciate my pick up/drop off location being changed at the last minute, especially because the new location was 30+ miles away, and I had to cross two of the busiest highway in south Florida (I95 and I595) at peek rush hours because the location you guys sent me to closed at 5PM!!! I realize that you u-haul doesn't aways have control of these things, but I scheduled my trailer 3 MONTHS in advance, there should have been no reason that the location I chose which is walking distance from my job, or any of the other umpteen locations closer to me couldn't have had equipment I needed. UNACCEPTABLE !!!Jesus G.

They said they didn't have the truck size I had reserved online and changed me more for a bigger size one, yet when he gave me the key and showed me how to go to the back the smaller truck was right there. They did that to get more commission out of U-Haul. No I would NEVER recommend this location.Kingsley M.

App is extremely buggy and laggy. When returning the vehicle, the app takes you to a website to complete the return instead of the app. The website did honestly work better. What's the point of the app then?William B.

This was not the location I had reserved with. Apparently her reservation isn't guaranteed. But this location did have what I needed the check-in process by phone was fairly simple. The location was convenient can't say anything else as they weren't open yetRobin B.
No one was there so I had to unhook myself and leave the trailer there. No instruction, the hold time was like 30 minutes to talk to someone on the 800 number. I didn't know what to do so I left it and took some pictures. Very bad experience.Ron K.
