The truck was in good condition and ready for quick pick up. I called and easily made a reservation. I wish that the employee would've just done a quick sweep of the cab as we found trash under dash/seats.

This was the second location. Because the first location we had made a reservation with had no attendant on site to provide the keys. They just decided to not show up to work that day. And your website still allowed us to reserve there. And there was another customer with the same issue.

Edwin COriginal reservation was for another location - Dania Medical Equipment. When I arrived, there were no trucks and no one available. I called them with no answer. I called U-Haul where customer service was also unable to reach them. They were able to transfer my reservation to a new location.

ANN GDROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS, CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL. OFFICE WAS ALREADY CLOSED. GOT CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS RENTAL. VAN SMELLED AWFUL.

DONALD HShame on you! We filled the gas up to 3/4 of a tank-more than we had to, and you charged us a $15 fuel charge! We drove that truck( with no air ) and returned it clean and full. I’m disgusted with your shop and will not be renting from you any more!

Jose PAlmost impossible to exit vehicle once in position because of fenders on the trailer.
TERRY NNot the fault of the location but the equipment set me back 3 days and I had to pay for cost. Customer service kept bouncing me around to scheduling and I got no where. Scheduling said that I had to deal with the location I picked up the trailer and they told me, it is a customer service issue and I believe that.

Luis VFirst and foremost, I had to wash the trailer after getting it, the outside wasn't as clean as it looked in the picture. Next, when I went to return the trailer, the location wasn't open, and I was WELL within its business hours. Finally,. I REALLY didn't appreciate my pick up/drop off location being changed at the last minute, especially because the new location was 30+ miles away, and I had to cross two of the busiest highway in south Florida (I95 and I595) at peek rush hours because the location you guys sent me to closed at 5PM!!! I realize that you u-haul doesn't aways have control of these things, but I scheduled my trailer 3 MONTHS in advance, there should have been no reason that the location I chose which is walking distance from my job, or any of the other umpteen locations closer to me couldn't have had equipment I needed. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
