The moving pads were not folded when I picked up the equipment. Accordingly I did not return them folded and was charged $25 plus tax. In fact most were not even used and were returned the same way I got them.

Hardest rental ever. No return calls. Phone number and name of facility very confusing. Had to call Uhaul supervisor to confirm rental. When we got to local facility it was obvious the guy was more interested in his gaming computer than answering the phone. There was absolutely no reason for this frustration. Pure laziness on Uhaul renters behalf.

Poor customer service hours...closed at 1:00 p.m. that day. DON’T send customers to places that close ridiculously early and then charge a convenience fee of $20 for putting a keep in the drop box. RIDICULOUS!

The first trailer's tires were slick, no treads. Then I had to hook up the trailer myself. The lot is small and hard to move a trailer around in . Plus, the inside office smelled like a wet dog.

Compared to some of the newer competition, needs cleaned up, dirt entrance and pathways to units. Old facility! Customer service is awesome, especially Deanna, new lady.

I knocked on the door and the woman inside just yelled that they were closed then I waited a minute to see if she would come out because I told her I had a question. She did not come out until I had parked the trailer then proceeded to tell at the top of her lungs at me that I NEED to move the trailer after I had turned it back into Uhaul and parked it (not where she wanted it parked though) and was about to leave but would not let me talk. She just continued to tell at me until I just got into my truck and left. I would most definetly not ever recommend the storage unit or getting a Uhaul from this location due to her being an absolute bitch to a customer.

We left boxes in the trailer and asked if they had a place to recycle them. The receptionist said yes it was not a big deal. We told them we would take them off if they didnt but she told us it was fine. Then we get hit with a clean out fee though we could have easily taken the boxes to the recycling center but were assured no problems.

Clerks were nice, but when I pointed out that there was major damage to the left side of the truck that wasn't marked with an "X", the attendant said, "If I spent all day putting X's on these trucks, I wouldn't have time to do anything else. Besides, U-Haul doesn't pay me. You can record it if you want to, but I'm not. I know it's there." I recorded the images and had them GPS and timestamped bc I knew I would hear about it when I dropped it off.

Horrible experience, the trailer was in horrible condition and when tried to get help from pick up location was told they’re only a parking lot, nothing else available so contacted CS who refused to trade instead sent roadside assistance, this within 1hr of pick-up! Waited all afternoon for repairs to be completed which went into the night until almost midnight! As the work was finally being completed the repair man stated they should have never rented that trailer out that it should have been retired! He fixed what he could but said the suspension was bad but since the trailer could make the trip after his repairs U-Haul didn’t switch it, he said because of the bad suspension we would have a very bumpy ride!! My only issue was they made a point of telling us that they were giving it to us at half a tank so if we didn't return it at half a tank we'd be charged for gas. We spent a chunk of change getting it back to half a tank...and they still charged us some money for gas.

The only improvement is maybe the windows be cleaned on the inside. At night is when the windshield becomes an issue because of being dirty. This has been the only issue I've had, and I've rented trucks here many times. The customer service has always been smooth and in a timely manner.
