Truck had no gas when I picked it up, but the dealer explained to me beforehand that they have been coming around stealing gas out of there trucks so he said he would not charge for gas if my truck was on E. Other than that, everything was smooth. Dealer was a chill vibe and location was on the corner and smell good when I walked in.

Very conveniently located off the freeway nestled in a nice community in San Leandro. Stayed open later than most other Uhaul locations so it was really helpful to be able to drop off truck, and be able to do inspection and get printed receipt. Had to wait for the proprietor to arrive on premises to open storefront and complete rental (noon). This after learning the truck I reserved at a prior location that facility isn’t open on Saturday and my reservation said nothing about it not being open for the day it was reserved for

Great customer service. Nicely located on border of San Leandro and Oakland, so extremely convenient for me and was not too packed or crowded so I was actually in and out under 10 mins. Highly Recommended!

Upon arrival did not know that the pack and ship store was also a uhaul location. When walking in store was very clean and smelled really good. Very happy with the rental and highly recommend this location for last minute reservations.

I use Uhaul trucks and vans almost monthly. I never take the insurance. When I booked my latest van online, I checked the box for no insurance. When I got to the location to pick up the van, I was informed by the man behind the counter that I had to take insurance. He explained that because his franchise was so small all the trucks he had to have insurance. I felt strange armed into taking the insurance, which basically doubled my rental fee. If I had know before, I would have chosen another. I had a schedule and could not just track down another van on a moments notice. I am very displeased with this interaction and I want the money I was forced to paid for insurance refunded and the franchise talked to.

Truck had a bunch of bird poop on windshield and I felt that should have at least been washed off before renting to someone. And the inside of the truck was kind of messy as well. But truck ran smooth and gave us no problems other than the cleanliness.

Everything was pretty accommodating and a seamless process so to say. Was able to pick up truck in a timely manner and return it by the time store closed so it all worked out for everyone. 2 thumbs up for this Uhaul location.

Great Location! Very Conveniently located right between San Leandro and Oakland right off the freeway. Easy to miss but it is located on the corner across from a Chinese restaurant.

Very conveniently located of the 580 freeway in San Leandro off of MacArthur blvd. Only Uhaul location in this area. Very accommodating and great customer service. Highly Recommended if you live in San Leandro

Was supposed to drop truck off at another location, and chose the Greenwood Express location last minute, and the dealers manager was very accommodating. He made sure that I was able to return trailer efficiently and effortlessly so that I would not miss my flight back home. He also made sure to communicate with me and let me know that my rental was completed satisfactorily and account was charged correctly. Thank you again Uhaul for your great service. Peace.

Stanley was a great employee and displayed great customer service skills. He explained everything very clearly for us to understand and even adjusted the rate for us to accommodate our budget. I would highly recommend the Greenwood Express location especially if you need boxes, dollies, and anything to help with your moving, packing, or shipping needs.

Great Service was provided here at this location. Rental was done in a timely manner and the truck was in great condition. Gas tank was full and cargo van ran smoothly. Would highly recommend this location due to accessibility and convenience if you are in the San Leandro neighborhood.

Everything worked out fine. When I got the truck the gas tank was on E so the dealer drove it to nearest gas station, and filled it up to a 1/4 tank for me so that it did not affect my deposit on the rental. Great customer service displayed there. Two thumbs up!

Was lost at first and did not realize that this place was also a package store with FedEx. Was able to pick up truck quickly and person who helped me let me know exactly what I was gonna pay. Ended up paying more than I expected but that was my fault cause a counted miles wrong. Great place tho and convenient for my business down the street.
