There was no one present during regular listed drop off hours. We had to place the keys with a copy of our contract. We received a phone from U haul to find out where the U haul and equipment was located because the equipment wasn't properly logged into the system. I had to tell them where the equipment was dropped.

AUBREY MTo many cars sitting around. Not clear where to park. Cell service was not good enough for me to upload photos so i had to leave to upload and then come back.
Katelyn DThey didn't have the dolly or moving pads i reserved and when I asked about them I was told i would have to pick them up at another location, but the biggest problem is that they tried to charge me for almost 400 miles when I only drove less then 20 miles. I wouldn't recommend this location
Lee lThe initial place I rented the truck from did not have the dolly I rented online. So I had to drive across town to another location to pick up a dolly that the wheels were covered in mud. We had to clean the dolly before we could even bring it in our new house
