The tongue weight on the trailers is so much that it is hard to lift the unit to place on ball. I would recommend a stand or something that would make it easier to get hooked up. It is hard for a single individual to accomplish the hitching on the vehicle.

Told to go out back and hook up then come back for me to check it out. My Car to Trailer pig tail would not fit into my new 2019 Buick! Do you have any that I can buy? She said , just go back and take one of a trailer? I explained to her that the problem was my “ pigtail” . She then showed me a wire bundle. No, that is not what I need. I needed the trailer, told her I would go to Jackson to get a pigtail hookup. She said nothing and I drove away.. no lights. We live in the country so I was not concerned. My wife was, but ?I was not. We decided to go to Adrian as there are multiple Uhaul dealers. We stopped at a Uhaul dealer on Maumee . They did not have a pigtail, but this location was dirty and NOT representative of most Uhaul facilities! By now, ?I am rather testy! I stopped at a an O’Reilly and found what I needed, hanging on a rack for $21!! Why do Uhaul dealers NOT carry this essential item?? I most likely was NOT the first to have this problem! The lady at Greenleaf was very pleasant and as helpful as she was possible. This is a gas station, connivence store and snack shop along with a phone that rang!! She was alone!! Unacceptable customer service, knowledge of those taking care of customers and not enough staff to connect the trailer and assist in issues like I had! Plus, the area where the trailers are stored is a m7d bowl, luckily it was not raining! Your 5X9 motorcycle trailer is WONDERFUL!! I returned the trailer to Bee Line Uhaul in Port Orange, Fl. This place is on the ball! I hardly had the car in park and the attendant was there unhooking. Friendly, courteous and thanked me for using Uhaul!! They get my 5 star award!

Need to check the vehicle Beyond right turn left turn flashers working brake lights working because once you're on the road you do not realize it until somebody tells you when you're driving that you have no lights on the back

Fix the internet there make it faster. I had to scan my dl 7 times during the 1hr and 15min wait after already reserved you need to tell people when you change your policy! I see it as a bait and switch!

Trailer was filthy inside and out. Gas station attendant is too busy to devote proper time to renting trailers.

A two-day rental on a small trailer for $150 is way too much. Also, stop renting heavy trailers without a tongue jack/stand. I would not have rented had I known you really went on the cheap with a standard part of all trailers and farm equipment. Parking lot full of huge mud puddles.

less computer or phone information and more at pick up point. confusing and stopped before final steps. once logged on again then got conf #. truck worked great.

The staff at the drop off was overwhelmed. Running the counter of a BP gas station/convenience store and UHaul facility was too much. Maybe consider more help on busy (college is out weekend) times.

Second time I've dropped a truck off there,was in and out in less than ten minutes. Personal have been exceptional both times. Great location,excellent FIVE STAR!!!!!!!!

Although the lady who checked me out was nice, she did not clarify how many miles was needed for the trip which resulted in extra charges when turning in the vehicle.

Clerk did not know how to do rentals. Left blinker/brake light did not work, but we didn't know it when we left, as they did not have an adapter available, so we had to tow without lights to a hardware to buy an adapter. Not a great experience. We spent 25 minutes getting this rental, with an online reservation!

The trailer was full of mud when I picked it up and they called me approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes after my return time stating it was late,the trailer had been there since 11pm the night it was rented.

Picking up the trailer it was given to someone else took me 2 extra hours of driving I reserved it went to lunch and my reserved trailer was given to another person! Drop off location extremely nice

Employees were not trained on how to even set up a contract, it took 2 hours to check out when we had already done it online. It took so long that I missed the event I was making the trip out for in the first place. Very disgusted will never recommend u haul to anyone. I will be taking my money elsewhere and making sure everyone I know does too. Original online contract was for $28.00 but when we got to the pickup location the teller told us it was $60 because we paid in cash and we found out later that she put us in for 2 days instead of one. Called customer service because the insurance was also not put on like we wanted and we had to turn around after driving 30 miles to go back to original location to add insurance. Then it took them at least 5 different contract attempts to get it right and even had to call their representative because they couldn't figure it out. I think it's rediculous that the customer service rep could not just add insurance over the phone or at another location so we wouldn't have had to turn around. Plus one if the tires on the trailer was in very poor condition we we're lucky to make it to our destination. The rubber is literally peeling off!

There was only 1 girl and we had to keep waiting while she handled customers pumping gas. She did the mileage incorrect. We were told we would get 1 month free storage and she nothing about it. Did not get our storage unit.
