Cleaner physical location would be nice... ripped carpet, dusty, etc. Attendant needs better training... could not complete rental even with my having used express check in until she called someone for help.

1 hour before picking up our rental truck, which was supposed to be in Kuna, ID, A mile from our home we were moving out of, I got a phone call that they did not have a truck for us, and we were sent in a wild goose chase to find one. We were sent out to Nampa, which was an hour from where I was just getting off of work. (4pm) and was told we had to be there by 5 as they closed and didn’t have a after hours pickup. It was not possible for us to make it there, but that being the only 20ft truck in the valley we had no choice. They ended up doing the after hours pickup. But this setnis back three hours that night into our move, and let me tell you moving. With two young children is already hard enough. We also ordered the bigger dolly, and were given the smaller one, but paid for the bigger one. I am disappointed and upset at the lack of communication, the last minute Wild goose chase we were sent on. We spent quite a bit of money on this moving truck process, and feel that we should not have had to go through what we did.

I believe this is a home with a small and I mean small office. It is rundown and not a place that I would either pickup or drop off a vehicle at again.

Good service except that reservation did not include Safe Tow, but invoice and receipt did. I have separately asked for refund of that $8.

The woman that helped me was friendly, I appreciated that. The trailer was too heavey for me to connect on the truck and she sent her son out to connect and he check the connections and lights for me too. This was my first time renting a trailer, it was pleasant.
