You couldn't provide what we had ordered and at the last minute sent us to another location that increased our mileage without the offer of a discount. The first location didn't provide the next location with my information so when the driver went to pick up the van - there was no information for him to secure the van. They had to use their credit card, not mine. All the personal information I had provided in order to secure the original van did not get sent to the second location. Shoddy customer service!

Mobile pick up was very confusing. We waited on hold for customer service for over 40 mins just told find out there was an employee on site watching us struggle the whole time. We were told no employee would be on site to help us.

The location itself was fine it was the run around before hand that was a hassle. I was suppose to pick up the truck Wednesday and on Monday get a phone call that the truck is not available, so after calling back three times because of the call being disconnected on uhauls end we secured a truck a half hour further than where we were originally getting it. Wednesday comes around we drive to that location and there's no truck available so after dealing with it again have to drive an additional 20 minutes to grab a smaller sized truck than we originally asked for. Was promised $19 per truck per day, .69 cents a Km and a $50 reimbursement and when we returned the truck and checked in online the $50 reimbursement wasn't there. The man working for uhaul in Newmarket was great and polite and everything, but it was the poor experience beforehand that ruined it for me.

Nobody came out to check the vehicle for damage not for mileage. I WAS BILLED INCORRECTLY FOR THE MILEGAE. MY MILEAGE WAS 40KM NOT 175km.

Vehicle and location of pickup and drop off were very satisfactory. The U-HAUL website however is a nightmare. We had difficulty getting key and had to call for assistance ( with long waits) and retiring the vehicle was even worse. The location is somewhat rural and it was rather disconcerting we had so much trouble. I was glad I had someone with me!

my original appt was booked for 10am in Innisfil and I ended up in Newmarket for 12pm so I was disappointed that my day got pushed 2 hours passed schedule plus i had to drive over an hour there and back ... it was a lot of driving that I did not anticipate so i was not happy about that. i should have been compensated for the massive inconvenience. i booked in advance on purpose.

The method for renting is unacceptable. A smart phone is needed and the customer is expected to do all the work. There is no alternative ! Even with a smart phone there was much difficulty in uploading the driver's license. Very frustrating, I was at the location for 2.5 hours just trying to rent a UHaul !! I have rented vans, trucks, cars on many occasions, and it takes minutes, not hours. I will be needing a van in the near future, and it will NOT be a UHaul.

Dealer in Newmarket was first class. Put us on the weekly rate, just in case. Everything was explained and the extended van was a perfect size and very clean. Would definately rent again.

U-Haul app and website were a terrible user interface experience. Needed to engage staff at Green storage for both pick-up and return as app and website would not all for completed execution of either transaction. Was also promised a credit for the delay in picking up, due to buggy app/site, which was not applied.

I was a uhaul renter and $19 a day + before. To my suprise after i got back it was 3x that price. So 4 hours $111 . Not impressed. I am frontlines cleaner icu Southlake hospital and was moving my son from Toronto to newmarket from a apartment. I need $$ to help my two teenage boys with Coronavirus. Thanks. Jr Leblanc :(
