Rude guy in a junky shady looking place that had a mud pit for a parking lot. I did not receive confirmation email that I returned the rental. So I asked if he could print me a receipt acknowledging that it's returned . He simply said, I don't sign anything and you should get email. I had no way of documenting that it was returned, rude, unprofessional, and does not represent UHaul well at all.

The whole process is a mess if you sign up online and check yourself out without going inside. I ordered some mats and did not receive them. When I returned the vehicle I was told it was my fault for ordering the mats and I need to deal with uhaul to remove the cost for mats. This location is lucky they were the only place open during the hours I need on Sunday. The vehicle performed well. The yard location is unpacked and super muddy when it rains. Stay away
