I made a reservation and it took 2 hours to get the equipment. I was late for work and they didn’t offer me a discount for my troubles. May be one of the last times I use U-Haul honestly.

The trailer I reserved one week prior was not at the location and not available, so I was told the only trailer I could have was 22 miles away in the city of Houston or I could wait for 4 hours and pick one up 8 miles away at a different location that actually was closed at the location. No u-haul personnel were working but the pastor of the church where the u-haul office is located looked at my order and approved me to take the 6x12 trailer that was just returned. The personnel at the drop off location were helpful, considerate and kind. The trailer was clean at pick up and drop off and it trailered very well for the entire 1800 miles of my trip.

Make sure all equipment in the truck and for the trailer is on the equipment and all equipment in and on the tryck is working. Make sure the truck is cleaned in the cab as well as back including cigarettes ashes and smell. Make sure loaner is actually going to be tgere for tgr hours listed.

I was charged for insurance without giving authorization. Now I have to call U Haul for my refund . I am planning to dispute the charges on my card because the Insurance charge was not authorized.

The windshield wipers were old and didn’t work well. It was very hard to see in the rain. We had to pull over several times which delayed our trip.

I went sent to 2 other locations 1 was to far and the other one I had nowhere to park and no code to park inside of gate this cause me more time gas and money then I had to take more time to take pictures and was charged an extra 66 dollars for mileage because I passed this location twice because I didn’t see it
