The uhaul I rented was used for an hour and half. I was around a 40 mile round trip and I was charged 67 buck then on top of that I had to put around 25 buck back in it for gas. Just to expensive I've rented alot of uhaul but this one spot was to high

I ordered two dozen blankets and none were to be had there, or at any of the other U-haul locations in tha area. That was a total bummer. We had furniture to move and no blankets - that was the whole reason for going to you folkds.

The clerk ran into some technical problems which Uhaul might need to resolve but she was incredibly helpful and polite nonetheless.

Sketchy place. It was a gas station there were a couple trucks just parked in random spots. Nothing was clean. The person renting me the truck just handed me the keys and said have a nice day. I would think that the truck would be gone over by both parties! I asked about location drop off and made a request for A specific location, she replied with yeah yeah that’s no problem; however, made it a location 20 miles out of the way for drop off. Inside of the vehicle to include cargo area was nasty with food and dog hair everywhere. The person at the counter when I reported it said, “just take pictures.”

I returned the truck on the same day of my move, Sunday 5/19/19 to this location. I received a bill online on Monday 5/20/19 for an additional day of rental. I also purchased fuel at this location to get the truck to the prior level when I returned it. I dropped the key in the overnight box due to it being after hours as instructed. This location should have a record of it. I also parked the UHaul next to the NCSECU ATM in that parking lot. The business or ATM should have me on camera returning the truck on Sunday afternoon. I called the location and the person who answered the call told me a manager would contact me about my issue. I never received a call from the manager and my credit card was charged for an additional day. I do not recommend this location and will never use UHaul again. Mistakes happen and I understand but to have multiple issues by different locations/vendors of the same company has left me with a poor experience and I will not recommend UHual to anyone I know. I definitely do not recommend this location. I would rather pay more for a competitor and have a good experience than deal with this situation again.

This was not the location i wanted to rent from. I was given confirmation for my preferred location. My reservation was changed. When I arrived to my preferred location with the uhaul from another location- they had several trucks. Very frustrating. A phone call should’ve happened to notify us. Very unprofessional

Location wasn't clean. There is a cat living in the office facility, I'm very allergic to cats. The rep did not give me a copy of my contract or have me sign anything at all.

You should probably let people know that they are going to a gas station for drop off. The lady was very nice but I couldn't figure out what do at first.

You need to have just one person just handle the uhaul and the other take care of the store. But you have to want until they finish with the customer that come into the store. They will start and had to stop. Also I use uhaul a lot and the mileage jump a lot from what I use. Anyway that is a whole another story.

I made an online rental purchase the night before for a 10 am pick up the next day. When I went to pick up the truck, the lady behind the counter did not know how to loan out trucks due to normally working night shift instead of days. She also could not reach the manager and told me I would have to come back at 3 pm. I was able to get the truck around 1 pm and had it back before the allotted time. To make matters worse, I had to deal with the actual night shift worker who had a terrible attitude from the time that I walked in the door. She was upset because she was not informed about the fuel arrangement the manager made with me and let it be known that she didn't care what happened. Although the initial store attendant did try to correct the problem by calling, the last clerk was rude and disrespectful. Although this location is very close to my home, the next time I will definitely go somewhere else. Very disappointed!

First, I was sent 30 miles out of my way to this location to pick up a 15' van and car dolly. After numerous assurances that someone would be there to review the equipment with me and show me how to use the equipment, there was no one there to do so. After getting the equipment home and after 3 hours of loading the truck, the dolly lights would not work. I was told to go to a location (4 minutes from me) to have them check out the equipment and if necessary, change out the car dolly for another. After checking the equipment, it was determined that the lighting connections on the truck to the dolly was not working properly. Changing out the car dolly would do no good but they suggested I unload the truck, and reload it into another truck; not an option since they would not help with that. I ended up having to abandoned my car in NC and drive the truck to PA. After unloading the truck in PA, I had to rent a car to return to NC in order to get my car. Because U-Haul rented me unsafe and faulty equipment, I asked them to reimburse me for the dolly rental and for the car rental. They reimbursed me for the dolly rental and basically said, tough luck on the car rental. The gentleman I dealt with from regional was very rude and non-caring. Many friends tried to tell me not to use U-Haul but to use Penske instead. Next time, I will use anyone but U-Haul.

The person at the location was very nice and helpful. It however infuriates me that U-haul gave me a drop of location 20 minutes away from my final location instead of the one 5 minutes away from my final destination and of course had to charge me extra millage from that.

Lady kept leaving to service other customers during my close out. She didn't give me a close out receipt, said she would email it to me, I have not seen it yet. Horrible service.

Make sure the location is open and actually has the equipment. Make sure the people are trained. We had to go to 3 different locations and while they were very nice at the location where we picked up the uhaul they had no idea what they were doing and didn't give us any instructions it took us over an hour to get the equipment.

It took an hr to get a u haul becausee the 2 workers didn't know how to take care if a u haul transaction plus the gas was not even full, before this incident I went to pick up a U-Haul that wasn't even open and nobody could help me, but it was supposedly confirmed the night before. I had to go backwards and drive 18 miles from where I came from.

It was ok. The associate has to keep jumping between myself other customers. It took a while to get out of the store. I also had to find and hook up my own trailer.

I preregistration online and it still took 40 minutes to get my trailer. Then they had to find someone that could process the return.

The U-Haul facility is combined with a convenient store. There were very few U-Haul vehicles/trailers in the parking lot. For that reason, facility was somewhat difficult to locate.

have u-haul employees onsite when they are expecting a pick-up. I called 2 days prior to confirm and told them i would be there between 3-4. When I arrived the lady there got upset because the u-haul people just left and now she had to check me out. She did not know how to do it that well and had to keep on calling the regular uhaul people to help her through the process
