Customer prior to me left a ton of trash in the truck i had to clean myself. I got charged more than double what we agreed on with no explanation and after i was well gone and couldn't do anything about it. Customer service was non existent. No one should ever use this location. They straight up will STEAL right out of your bank account. If I don't get a refund for AT LEAST the difference between the amount i agreed to and the amount i was charged, I will be a permanent problem for uhaul.Devin D.

When I drove the truck I took a pic of where the gas was and she did tell me I had to have it back at 1/4 a tank but it wasn't even there when I got in it I showed the employer on shift the picture and they still ended up taking money from my card for gas when that shouldn't be I understand I signed a contract but if that contract is the same for everyone then the truck should have been at the correct gas line from the start because I put it back where the previous driver had it at and they do that not right at all but other than that it was a okay experience as my first uhaul experienceCharity G.

I had a reservation locally (within 2 mi). However, I was later told that there were no trucks available and my pick up location was switched to this location (22 miles away). On my way to pick up the truck I passed 4 u-haul locations which had the same truck on the property. These same truck were still on the property when I passed them again to go back the location (22 miles) to drop of the vehicle. I do not appreciate that my reservation after being made was transferred. This switching of locations added an extra 2.5 hours to my project. Please increase your base rate for the vehicles and don't try to make it up in mileage charges.TIMOTHY K.

That depends on UHAUL location. The person working at the Raeford location was not capable of hooking the car hauler up. That was a none issue because hooking up was something I could do myself. That might not be the case for other customers.Dennis C.

The uhaul I rented was used for an hour and half. I was around a 40 mile round trip and I was charged 67 buck then on top of that I had to put around 25 buck back in it for gas. Just to expensive I've rented alot of uhaul but this one spot was to highJAMES L.

I ordered two dozen blankets and none were to be had there, or at any of the other U-haul locations in tha area. That was a total bummer. We had furniture to move and no blankets - that was the whole reason for going to you folkds.James G.

Sketchy place. It was a gas station there were a couple trucks just parked in random spots. Nothing was clean. The person renting me the truck just handed me the keys and said have a nice day. I would think that the truck would be gone over by both parties! I asked about location drop off and made a request for A specific location, she replied with yeah yeah that's no problem; however, made it a location 20 miles out of the way for drop off. Inside of the vehicle to include cargo area was nasty with food and dog hair everywhere. The person at the counter when I reported it said, â€œjust take pictures.â€MARK S.
I returned the truck on the same day of my move, Sunday 5/19/19 to this location. I received a bill online on Monday 5/20/19 for an additional day of rental. I also purchased fuel at this location to get the truck to the prior level when I returned it. I dropped the key in the overnight box due to it being after hours as instructed. This location should have a record of it. I also parked the UHaul next to the NCSECU ATM in that parking lot. The business or ATM should have me on camera returning the truck on Sunday afternoon. I called the location and the person who answered the call told me a manager would contact me about my issue. I never received a call from the manager and my credit card was charged for an additional day. I do not recommend this location and will never use UHaul again. Mistakes happen and I understand but to have multiple issues by different locations/vendors of the same company has left me with a poor experience and I will not recommend UHual to anyone I know. I definitely do not recommend this location. I would rather pay more for a competitor and have a good experience than deal with this situation again.Joshua A.

This was not the location i wanted to rent from. I was given confirmation for my preferred location. My reservation was changed. When I arrived to my preferred location with the uhaul from another location- they had several trucks. Very frustrating. A phone call should've happened to notify us. Very unprofessionalJohn C.
