The customer service and the location was very professional upbeat clean pleasant and the process was quick and easy no hidden fees straightforward and the process was convenient. There were some bottles left in the side door pocket that I had not noticed when I first picked up the vehicle so they may want to be more conscientious about inspection in between rentals. I will definitely use them again.
NICOLE W.I requested a hand truck dolly and they only had furniture dolly's. This was important for what I needed for the day. A phone call prior to me arriving letting me know would have been helpful so I could then ask around for one. Letting me know once I arrived was not helpful.
