The owner/employee was worries more about his gas station customers then myself. He was very hard to understand and rude when I asked any questions.
Steve GThis location did not provide the furniture pads that I had pre-ordered. I was switched to this location from the one that I reserved at along with having the size of my truck switched from 10' to 15'. I'll blame U-Haul for the location and truck switch. Not having the furniture pads is unacceptable.

SHEILA LI used the truck for 2 hrs I picked it up a 3:40pm and returned it at 5:40pm the same day. Turned the key into the person behind the counter. I asked if anything else was needed, I was told no. I said thank you and left. 2 days later I get a call from Uhaul asking when I plan on returning the truck as I've had it for 2 days and I only reserved it for 4 hrs! And the location I got and returned the truck to said they didn't have it. I explained I returned it 2 hrs after picking it up. Then I had to explain that yes I returned it to the same location I picked it up from. So now for the last 16hrs I wondering if I'm going to get hit for the cost of a "missing truck" or for extra mileage. I don't need that added stress in my life when I did as I was supposed to and actually returned the truck earlier than needed. Had I know this location was a gas station and not an actual uhaul location I never would have reserved the truck, and will never get a truck from such a location ever again.

Christopher KConfusion with my rental, told they didn't have my truck, that the truck outside was not mine, my order was cancelled and put in at a different price. Had issues with dropping off at a different place as well. Was told someone would call me back about the issue and compensate me for trouble and never heard from them again. I filled out another complaint and again, nothing. Crickets. Customer service is terrible.

Olvin HI reserved the unit on the app when I arrived they had no idea I was there to pick up the truck once that was resolved we go out the truck and the back is full with blankets which we helped to move them so we could get going Once completed I tried to check in on the app and it would not accept mileage it started it was lower than what I went out with I went inside and the lady working the counter said the guy would be back in the morning so using the app was useless and so were the folks that were there

ANDREW Glady had me wait and wait. then i had to reposition truck for her. WOULD NOT check in truck while I was there. Told me she would email me. Then SCAMMED my account for $14.00 in gas when I just had stopped to put gas in to proper amount !!! DO NOT USE !!! I WANT Field supervisor to call me !!!

NICOLE EThis U-Haul truck was rented out of a gas station. The station sold drug parafinalia and syntheic marijuana. I felt how the truck was rented was not on a secure sight as it was rented on a laptop & cell phone. When I returned the truck I was unable to get a receipt. I was told the internet was down. The receipt was emailed to me 2 days later. The truck was returned with a quarter tank of gas like we were told, yet they did put more gas in the truck. I will not use that site in the future, I am a bit surprised at U-Haul for not vetting the site.
