I would absolutely recommend this location(817 Dexter St) to my friends and family. Their was no long lines, it was clean and the customer service was excellent. It was the complete opposite of the location in Newell st in Pawtucket, RI.Max B.

My online reservation was not available when I arrived even though I had done it well in advance. I had also filled out the express check out which the store had issues retrieving as well. The manager was not very helpful and blamed me for the reservation process. It took more than an hour to get the truck. Use a different location.Hector N.

Never walked me through to assure previous damage on vehicles like most places do. I felt as though I needed to take pictures to be sure to cover myself, Didn't receive any receipts for downpayment. Just a general comment--no problem. I have used your service often--few times a year. this is the first time the interior truck part was not clean. It was not dirty, but was not swept out. No trash, just small amount of light colored "dirt". No big deal--just a comment.WILLIAM H.

I will go to this Uhaul again and tell my friends. The UHaul location I went to before going to the Central Falls location I did not find them to be as friendly. The Central Falls location was, helpful, informative, convenient and friendly.MARY H.

I prepaid for my rental and the lady told me I was charged 100.58 for rental and 15 miles of travel and when I went to pick up the truck I had to pay another 14.00 then when I dropped off the truck I had to pay another 8.00 and when I went to drop off the truck the clerk told me I did not pay and he had to make numerous calls then when I asked him how much was he charging me he told me I would have to contact Uhaul to find that out.Jessica B.

Communicate with staff at this location about replacement vehicle. The person I spoke to at this location was very nice and helpful to his abilities. He ha no control or power to make any changes to orders so we had to wait over two hours to get our vehicle cause he couldn't do it on his own for some reason.STEVEN G.
He was in a rush. I did not even get his name. He did not want to go over the truck with me to look and make sure damages were marked. I found some damages not marked, and he said it was ok, but I made him at least mark it on the sheet I received. He did not want to take the time to let me check all the lights to make sure they worked, or check the gas gauge to make sure it was what was on the sheet. I insisted this be done. The inside of the back of the truck was dirty, but he said that was ok. He eventually at least picked up the bigger pieces of trash. He was also was not able to print out a receipt for me, because he said his printer was not working. He said he would e-mail me a receipt, which I did not receive (I had confirmed my e-mail address). The gentleman where I dropped off the truck printed the receipt out for me. Also, after driving for a few hours the oil light came on. I had to stop, and check to make sure oil levels were ok. I rode the whole trip verifying the oil (light remained on) and temperature levels were ok. The only positive comment I have is that he helped move the truck out to the driveway since the parking lot (auto sales) was so full. I would strongly NOT recommend this authorized dealer be used.VIRGINIA B.
I made the reservation with Tru Value on Shallowford Rd 30066. They lost the reservation and did not confirm it with me. Luckily I called them the day before after giving them 5 days notice. They didn't have a truck and didn't have my reservation. It was a total cluster. Will NOT be using Uhaul again.LINDA J.

The Nak location was not my first choice because there was a closer location. Nak had the size truck I needed so I went there. I am glad I did. The experience was great. It will be worth the extra distance for the excellent service.GERALD S.
